"As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra. The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment. At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian  food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job! 🐜 a"

"Had a great stay at this hostel. My partner and I shared a private room, which was simple but good. The air conditioning worked well. The highlight was definitely the rooftop cafe, from which there was a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. The location is really ideal, only 4 minutes away from the east gate of the Taj. Ideal for visiting it early in the morning. The staff was very welcoming."

"Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it."

"We stayed at the Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra. Overall, our impressions were very good. On the downside, check-in took quite a while. However, this was compensated by the comfort: the bedding and mattresses were of excellent quality, very comfortable, and it was a pleasure to sleep. The hotel is clean, with a good location and decent amenities. Overall – I recommend it."

"This was a lovely hotel to say in for our 2-day trip to Agra. It is a 10-minute walk to the Taj Mahal and restaurants. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, very accommodating, and super-helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange a driver to pick us up and drop off us from our bus stop. The rooftop has a pool that my kids loved swimming in for hours to beat the heat (we were visiting in July!) and a restaurant that has quite a selection of food. The breakfast was pretty standard (cereal, potatoes, and other Indian style breakfast food, etc.) and delicious. If you're visiting Agra, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Surprising nice. I’ve been to many hotels in India and haven’t enjoyed any of them. This one isn’t your typical 4 star hotel as none of the star ⭐️ rating in India 🇮🇳 are as good as most star ⭐️ in other hotels around the world. But this hotel is at least a 3 star which is doable for me."

"We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better."

"I travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again."

"I don't have any particularly good or bad impressions. The hotel staff were friendly and answered my questions patiently. The facilities seemed a little old. Hot showers are only available in the morning, so be careful. When I stayed there, it got noisy around 6am, which woke me up. They even did something like a doorbell slam. But it's fine. The location is about 2-4km from the tourist spots, so I think it's just right."
