"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home.
Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests.
Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!"

GGuest UserOverall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.
JJ.WinwinGreat location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.
GGuest UserRoom was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.
GGuest UserWc in the bathroom was not cleaned. No toothpaste kit and shaving kit was available. Kettle was not functional. Warm water was provided after 7. 30am on calling twice at reception. Also the breakfast was not timely layout at counter.
GGuest UserHotel is good and location is good even staff behaviour is superb. All i need to say please improve the quality of rooms. Switches are not working properly. Tv is provided by remote cells are missed. In room phone is not working. Food is good and tasty. Lots of noise due to neighbor rooms. As it is hotel less baratshala. Any how i can’t say it is bad choice. But in same amount you can book another.
GGuest UserFirst of all i am greetful for apgreat our rooms and thanks for being so friendly, but for hotel my expectation was batter, their charges for rooms was high, but i've seen nothing like a 3 star hotels, they mentioned they have rooftop swimming pool but when i visited hotel i saw swimming pool was not working and rooftop is boa-ring like a old garbage, and room service is poor too because most of the time they didn't pick my phone and i had to come to reception for any needs. Hot water in shower is also not available, their dining area is poor quality and menu prices is like 5 star hotel, there's lot of difference in their hotel, services, and their dining menu. I was on vacation and spend 4 nights and 2 hotels in jaipur and ajmer, and i've got awesome experience in those hotels even they are cheaper than bhoomivilas, but i didn't expected that i will get this level service in bhoomivilas after paying almost dubbel amount than my past hotels.
GGuest UserA Wonderful Stay at Taj Villa, Agra
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Villa in Agra, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality, making it an ideal choice for travelers visiting the Taj Mahal.
