"The hotel is perfectly located. There is a train station and an amusement park within walking distance. There are shops nearby. The room is very clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly. Coffee is served free of charge at the reception downstairs. We managed to see fuji from the window of our room. The staff is very friendly, the onsen is clean and full of necessary care products. I would especially like to mention the breakfasts-they are simply excellent, especially the French bread toasts from the picture-just bliss! I would love to come back again"

"We spent our anniversary with my girlfriend in Kaneyamaen, and our experience was above and beyond. Starting with the shuttle option provided by the hotel from Mishima station, which also took us to Oshino hakkai, what a gorgeous place, before ending up at the hotel. We were really satisfied of our driver who shared facts about Yamanashi prefecture and Fuji. Our check-in process was also a really nice experience. From the moment we arrived we felt the hospitality of the hotel service crew. They escorted us to our room and helped with our luggage. Staying at a Sanri-Comfort Western Room, we had access to 2 lounges, where in one of them we had access to many kind of amazing wine from Yamanashi, among other tasty snacks. We choose our yukata and headed for matcha tasting. This is located in another part of the building which also gives us a peak at the wonderful garden. The matcha and snack we received helped us settle in with the calm garden view. Then came dinner. My god, the dinner was above and beyond. Neither of us had an 8 course dinner before with such a perfect service and absolutely amazing food. Hats of to the restaurant and service crew. Truly impressed. We decided to walk of the calories in the hotels beautiful garden at night. The illumination creates a really romantic experience. After this, we attended the Taiko drum show, which is organized by the hotel crew. First time for me and I can say it definitely made our experience even more special. Fantastic work. Then the star of the show. The open-air bath on the balcony. The sight of Mt. Fuji early morning from the bath, was a magical experience which we'll never forget. The buffet breakfast provides a great selection of food and drinks, rest assured we left very pleased. All in all, this was an extraordinary stay for us. Nothing but max points. Wish we'll have the chance to visit again."

"Staying at this resort was a truly relaxing experience. The peaceful and quiet surroundings, combined with the beautiful view of Mount Fuji, made it unforgettable. The highlight was soaking in the hot spring while looking out at the mountain — it was incredibly calming and special. The resort itself is small and a bit old, but it has a cozy and tranquil atmosphere that adds to its charm. If you are looking for a place to unwind away from the busy city, this is a great choice. I would especially recommend it for families who want to spend quality time together in a serene environment."

"One thing that’s best - Mount Fuji view when the weather is good. It seemed like just right in front of you. No matter from the room or the 4th floor restaurant where we had our breakfast or even the open rooftop. Rooms was clean, top class in-room amenities provided, very good buffet breakfast with scenic view overlooking Mount Fuji and staffs were friendly and helpful. We got free parking in front of the hotel throughout our 2 nights stay. There were so much you could do while staying at this hotel. Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful Mount Fuji with coffee brew in your room, or get discounted price + early entry to the amusement park right beside the hotel, or enjoy the onsen hot pool next to the hotel. They even send us to the top of Fujiyama Tower complimentary and there you’ll have a stunning view of Mount Fuji and the amusement park, plus you’re able greet to the riders of the king of coaster when it pass by. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at Fujisan Station Hotel and found it quite convenient overall. The location is excellent, just across from Mt. Fuji Station, making it very easy to get around. Check-in was done with the staff and went smoothly. Free parking is available, which is a plus. There is no onsen and no complimentary bottled water, but there is a free ice machine in the dining area, along with vending machines for snacks and drinks. The water faucet is an old-style rotary type. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM, but food runs out quickly due to the large number of guests. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, grilled mackerel, rice, miso soup, salad, fresh milk, and granola. The small bread rolls and mini croissants were not very good. The twin room was clean, but the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable."

"Excellent, I loved it! I definitely have to go back and stay again. The view of Mount Fuji is absolutely stunning, and it's super close to the station. You have to get up early to snap photos of Fuji before it disappears! The room itself was fantastic, much better than other hotels I've stayed at. I really preferred this one. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was great, with almost everything a luxury hotel offers. All the amenities you could need were provided, so you don't even have to bring your own. We chose the Japanese-style bedding with two futons, which was perfect for two people."

"The villa has a little bit distance from the train station. Need to take a bus and walk a little bit to reach. It does allow early check in before 3pm but with extra charge, check in after 8pm also has extra charge; so ideally it is better to check in within 3pm-8pm. The room is okay, but the room I got was not able to view the whole fuji mountain from the balcony (I got the far end lot 😭), otherwise everything is fine."

"Absolutely stunning views of Mount Fuji! The parking was super convenient, and the layout of the 3-bedroom villa was just perfect. The kitchen and living room were also very spacious and comfortable. Next time I come to Fuji, I'm definitely staying here again."

"The room is pretty standard for a guesthouse. The layout of the room I booked wasn't ideal, with the head of the bed facing the toilet. However, the bed faced a balcony with a large marble bathtub, which was quite fun to fill yourself for a soak. There was also a shower that sprayed like rain, and cherry blossoms and leaves would occasionally fall from the tree overhead, along with a few bugs – understandable, given its location at the foot of the mountain. Overall, it was decent. But the soundproofing was terrible; the snoring from both neighboring rooms created a symphony! What’s more, the clothes from the washing machine still smelled like poop. I ended up using the marble bathtub for washing and drying clothes, which was a novel experience, to say the least. It’s more of a guesthouse than a hotel. Be cautious about using the 600 yen laundry and drying service, because, well, it might smell like poop…"

"This hotel is amazing, it didn’t even mention online that it has an Onsen and some of the rooms have a perfect view of Mount Fuji. There is only 10 minute walk to Fuji-Q highland although unfortunately the weather was so bad we couldn’t see Mount Fuji or anything for that matter, and also could not go to Fuji-Q Highland because of the weather. With that said the hotel does not make the weather, it is pretty convenient, although the walk may be a bit far for older persons. Thankyou very much for our stay, we will return in 2028 as our trip to Japan has been so good that we are planning our return already. Hopefully we can do the stuff we missed out on this time."
