"Whenever I come to Osaka, I always end up staying here! The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need for shopping, and plenty of dining options. I especially love that there's a supermarket and a drug store, plus a Don Quijote. It's super easy to walk to the outlets for some shopping, and even to the seaside to watch the sunset. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service, which is incredibly handy, and you can store your luggage for free if you arrive early."

"This is a little hidden gem in Osaka. Easy to manage to/from Kansai Airport. 5 minutes easy walk straight from JR Station without traffic, and the station is a small station without complicated platforms and hundreds trains passing by like Osaka. Aeon shopping mall is 10-15 minutes away with restaurants, food court, ***** and grocery stores, and they offer tax-free service. I stayed for 3 nights, and I was told one cleaning will be offered, however, I received no cleaning service for the entire stay which made me uncomfortable to live with trash for 3 nights. Fresh towels were provided hanging outside the room door. Window wasn't clean from the outside, and I thought it was foggy day when I woke up from the first night."

"The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rinku-Town Station, and there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, making it super convenient for early morning flights. I booked a high-floor twin room with a bay view, and you can see the ocean. The room has a modern, minimalist design with complete facilities. There's a convenience store downstairs, and Rinku Premium Outlets is just a few minutes' walk away, making it a paradise for shoppers. It's generally quiet and comfortable, perfect for a rest after landing or for a stopover before heading home. Great value for money. I was also lucky enough to catch a fireworks display over the ocean on the night I checked in. It would have been even better if the front desk had mentioned it during check-in."

"The room was quite small, but clean, probably around 12 square meters. Once my 28-inch suitcase was open, there was hardly any space to walk around. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which made getting a light dinner super easy, and their coffee is really good too. Shopping and dining downstairs are very convenient. There's an outlet mall within a 10-minute walk, great for shopping. It's close to the airport, making it a good spot for an overnight layover."

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, about a 1km walk from the JR station. However, the hotel facilities are really great – very clean and new. It's self-check-in, and there's enough space to open two 26-inch suitcases. There are also plenty of power outlets, and the bathroom is quite large with disposable toothbrushes provided. A 7-Eleven right next to the hotel is super convenient. The hotel also offers luggage storage. It's about a 1km walk to the outlet mall, but the scenery along the way is nice, so it feels like a pleasant stroll. I'm really satisfied with this hotel; I'll definitely stay longer next time. The main reason is it's quite affordable while still having excellent facilities, even if it is a bit off the beaten path, which I understand."

"Whenever I have an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, I always stay here the night before. It's still the best option in terms of both price and time. It's not a traditional capsule hotel; these are large pods where you can actually stand up, and the bed is spacious. They provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. There's also a hot bath to relax in, and a coin-operated washer/dryer combo. I've tried staying in Osaka and catching the first train, or staying in Rinku Town and taking the train or airport bus – both were exhausting, and I was always worried I'd miss my alarm. Staying here, people start packing and leaving around 5 or 6 AM, which helps me wake up. Since I'm a pretty sound sleeper, I actually quite like that."

"The location is great! Right across from the main entrance is Grand Front Osaka, a mall with Muji and Montbell, where you can claim tax refunds. Walk to the opposite side of the intersection and you'll find Yodobashi Link, which has a medium-sized supermarket in the basement. In the mornings, they offer freshly made gyudon, chicken cutlet, and pork cutlet rice bowls, which taste better and are more affordable than convenience store options. The airport shuttle bus stop to and from the hotel is conveniently nearby. Plus, it's not as crowded as the main train station, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. However, the room itself was a bit subpar. There was a musty smell when I entered, and the duvet felt damp. There was also dust in some less noticeable spots. They did clean the room daily, and the service attitude was decent."

"I chose this hotel for an overnight layover at Kansai Airport. The main advantage is its convenient location near the airport; it's about a 30-minute commute by foot and train to KIX. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and Don Quijote nearby. I stayed in a twin room, and while it was small, it had everything you'd need, including a private bathroom. The downsides are that the soundproofing isn't great as it's street-facing, and while shampoo and body wash are provided, there's no conditioner."

"The location is excellent, just one train stop from the airport, allowing for quick access and making it ideal for travelers who need to get to the airport early in the morning. There is also a large outlet mall nearby."

"It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room. The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning). The room was so big and clean, the bathroom as well. The shower and the bathtub was separated, but you can pull the shower to the bathtub. The toilet was also separated from the bathroom, so it’s a dry area. If you visited during winter, don’t forget to turn the heater on when you entered the room, or else you’ll think that the room was too cold. In addition, near the receptionist area, there’s an open store where it says that you can take the snacks for free (but please be mindful, just take one please). At that time, I don’t want to take it as I’m not sure about the culture in Japan, but then the owner came to me and literally handed it to me! He was so kind and polite (Japanese hospitality is truly top notch)! So please don’t forget to buy his snackss 😆 If you a solo travel, the room in this hotel might betoo big for you, but if you’re with family or friends, this room fits you perfectly."
