"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, very close to Kansai Airport, and there are many shops nearby. However, this hotel is a bit inferior to the one next door, which is probably why it's also cheaper. A special warning: room 2226, I don't know if it's because it's on a corner or something, but the noise from the train passing below is incredibly loud. At first, I thought it was an airplane taking off. After a lot of investigation, I realized it was the train. The soundproofing is very poor; you can clearly hear cars driving by downstairs and even police sirens. The train noise, in particular, is so loud you can hear it clearly even from the hallway outside the door. Since I'm a light sleeper, I couldn't stand it at all. After communicating with the hotel twice, the front desk lady finally helped me change to a room on the 21st floor. I could still hear some noise, but it was much quieter and didn't affect my sleep much at night. However, after this experience, I probably won't stay here again. It would be better to pay a little more and stay at the SIS next door."

"We came to stay as a stop before going to the airport, no transfers no nearby bus etc only the station which is 13-15 minute walk away. There’s a shopping outlet with food places again 15-20 mins away we got a taxi and it was 4000+ yen. 1000 from the train station if you have wheeled or little luggage this may be easier/cheaper There’s a 7-11 nearby and a Lawsons and dominos to do you for a night. We never saw the restaurant onsite open. Self check in. Had a toothbrush and tooth paste towel in the room along with a kettle and cups. Had basic shampoo body wash etc but nothing else that it lists on the listing was good enough for one night only"

"The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from JR Rinku Town Station. Our room offered a beautiful sea view, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. We, a family of two adults and two children, booked a Japanese-Western style room with two single beds and space for two futon beds on tatami mats, which was very convenient. (We paid for four people in advance; if you don't select four people, there might be an extra charge for setting up additional futons, as it's not complimentary). The room was spacious and included a dedicated walk-in closet, with all necessary amenities. Each floor of the hotel also had a water dispenser and microwave oven. This hotel is very close to Kansai Airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight. Its location is incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport Terminal 1, which takes about 10 minutes and requires advance booking. Within 100 to 200 meters, there's a large outlet mall on the left-hand side, with plenty of dining and shopping options, and you can also take a stroll by the sea. Across the street from the outlet mall, there's a fairly large Don Quijote, which is very comprehensive and ideal for picking up souvenirs at the end of your trip, including some cosmetics and medicines. To the right of the hotel, there's a Cosmos drug store with a wide range of products, also worth exploring."

"The Kansai Airport Washington Hotel is quite good, you can even see the sea from your bed. Besides being within walking distance to the Rinku Town Premium Outlets, right downstairs are two warehouse-style discount stores. One primarily sells food and cosmetics, while the other is a 24-hour, full-category discount supermarket – I actually found it even better for browsing than the outlets. Plus, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service to the terminal for guests."

"The location is excellent, right next to the subway and bus stations. It's only two stops to the airport, and you can take one stop from the hotel to Rinku Town to visit the beach and outlet mall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful. They also offer luggage storage. The breakfast area is lovely and quiet, and there are two convenience stores nearby."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep. However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand. The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues. That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough. Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable."

"The hotel is not bad. Very close to KIX airport, and room is not too bad. But they will charge additional fee even though you have paid in tripcom. Bit confusing. Inside room is enough clean and enough wide too if you are business traveller. I have not tried their breakfast due to my trip schedule, but might be good."

"I chose this hotel for an overnight layover at Kansai Airport. The main advantage is its convenient location near the airport; it's about a 30-minute commute by foot and train to KIX. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, and Don Quijote nearby. I stayed in a twin room, and while it was small, it had everything you'd need, including a private bathroom. The downsides are that the soundproofing isn't great as it's street-facing, and while shampoo and body wash are provided, there's no conditioner."

"It was okay, but there were bikers revving their engines late at night, so I didn't get much sleep. The service staff were all very polite. They offer airport pick-up for late flights. The pick-up spot was a bit confusing; there were 12 numbered signs, and the driver probably parked wherever there was space. However, the car had the hotel's name on it, so no worries about not finding it. It's best to call ahead; I did, and they arrived a few minutes early to Terminal 1. If I hadn't called, I probably would have waited at Terminal 2 until the scheduled time before they came to Terminal 1."
