"This hotel was surprisingly good! I loved the decor; the room had a very Japanese feel, and the wall paintings were quite unique. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel amenities were also great. Plus, the location is super convenient, perfect for those arriving late or departing early from Haneda Airport! My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small."

"The hotel is super convenient, just a two or three-minute walk from the JR Shinnan exit. It's really easy to get to Tokyo Station, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and even Yokohama from here. If you need to take the Tokyu Line or Nambu Line, it's a bit of a walk though. There are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel, so it's very handy for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The rooms are a bit older, showing their age a little."

"When traveling, it's always best to stay at a hotel! This one is conveniently located right next to JR Kawasaki Station, making getting around super easy. If you're flying in or out of Haneda Airport and using Keikyu Kawasaki Station, it's less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, including all the popular brands you'd expect, plus several electronics stores and underground food supermarkets. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, offering complimentary bottled water and capsule coffee. On the desk, there's a welcome paper crane and an extra origami piece you can take home as a souvenir. The lobby on the first floor provides self-service amenities ranging from cleansing oil to toner, lotion, and even a face mask. Definitely plan your trip early to get a better deal on the hotel price!"

"The property is very well designed, with separate sections for different functions, which makes the sleep area very quiet! No need to worry if there are too many people in one shared room!! The location is also great! There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. It’s very clean, and the bed is super big despite being in a capsule dorm. "I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with luggage. The instructions for taking the shuttle on the hotel's website were also very accurate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport. Besides catching the shuttle on time from the designated spot at T2 upon arrival, I also took a ride to Kawasaki Station after checking in. From Kawasaki Station, I took the JR to Ueno Park, which cost 440 yen one way, passing through famous stations like Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and Akihabara along the way. In the evening, I returned to Kawasaki Station and caught the last shuttle back to the hotel exactly at 10:45 PM. The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers. Next time, I'll definitely plan to stay for a few more days. A big thank you to all the hotel bus drivers! 🌹"

"This hotel is within walking distance of Kawasaki Station and LaCittA, with several convenience stores along the way. It's really helpful that you can borrow a trolley from the lobby to take large luggage up the elevator. I was going to complain about how tiny the room was, but after staying in similar rooms so many times, I've just gotten used to it. Breakfast is a collaboration with the cafe on the first floor. You get a voucher for one breakfast item, which you can also take away. When I saw the walk-in price for breakfast, I immediately felt like I'd be losing out if I didn't pick the most expensive option."
