"Close to Matsusaka Station. The room is small but comfortable. Clean. There is a laundry room on the first floor. It takes 15 minutes to get to Ise by train, one stop away. Very convenient."

"It was during racing weekend and all surrounding hotels are full. This seems to be a lover’s hotel, Karaoke room. Luckily nobody sang 😂. There is no staff at front desk or anywhere. Free coffee and soda machines. Room is very big with a big bed, projector, TV, sofa, big jacuzzi and separate toilet. Because of the size air conditioning is quite insufficient. Free parking and lots of spaces. Location is quite out of the way in the middle of the fields. We thought we were lost looking for it late after dark. There’s dust beneath the bed and under the mattress but I guess most people would not notice. Overall it was a good stay and good value."

"I stayed here the day before visiting Ise Shrine, to enjoy some izakaya (Japanese pub) hopping in Matsusaka. This was my several time staying in Matsusaka, but my first time at a Toyoko Inn. The room was spacious with a great view, and the facilities were just right—clean and comfortable. The mini Ise udon for breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again."

"2 nights in 1 room Location: Easy to find, just a 10-minute walk from JR Matsusaka Station. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, a MaxValue supermarket across the street, and many restaurants downstairs, including Sushiro, Gyu-Kaku, and Sukiya. The famous Matsusaka beef conveyor belt restaurant, Ichisho, is within walking distance. Service: Attentive, prompt, and proactive; always responsive and very polite. Room: Larger than typical Japanese business hotels, well-laid out, elegantly decorated, comfortable bedding, clean and hygienic. Strong water pressure in the shower, but the hot and cold water switches are separate, making adjustment difficult and inconsistent. The room has excellent soundproofing, and the onsen (hot spring) bath is a plus. Breakfast: A wide selection of Japanese and Western options, replenished quickly. However, the restaurant is smaller than other Route Inns, and it was very crowded on Sundays, affecting the dining experience."

"First, the pros: the rooms are quite spacious. Now for the cons: - I only found out after checking in that the hotel is a semi-adult/sex hotel; there were several [items/items] in the rooms (as shown in the pictures). - The location is rather remote. - There's no elevator; guests staying on the second floor or higher have to carry their own luggage."
