"This hotel is convenient for the train station but not for the city center. The room and hotel design are minimal, with uncomfortable beds and pillows. There were no toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes in the room, and the mini-bar was empty. The sauna area was poorly maintained and unsupervised; I had to go up to the reception to buy slippers (20 PLN – see photo). I’d like to point out that in all 4- or 5-star hotels with wellness areas, I’ve always found slippers provided in the room as standard."

"This is my second time staying here. It's a good hotel with attentive staff, and it's clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the plumbing works. The location is super convenient, close to the Old Town, Biedronka, milk bars, and Forum Shopping Center. It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's the perfect option for a few days' stay to explore and get around."

"Hotel was great. Location was great. You had market around corner. Transport to the airport to hotel very easy. Take bus from airport transfer major touris spot. Walking distance to take a different bus. Take the bus. When you get get off the bus make right. I believe 5 stop. Your hotel there. Transportion was easy. Can go anywhere from hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was awesome. I didn't eat at restaurants but smell good. I do recommend this hotel. Great experience."

"Amazing hotel right in the heart of the Old City. Everything is just around the corner. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar (and amazing cocktails, too). We have experienced impeccable service, I am very impressed with how friendly and attentive everyone has been. Our room (accommodating family of 3) was very spacious and so clean, everything was new. You can select your pillows if you like and get extra toiletry items from the reception. I would absolutely come back as this was truly a great one night stay!"

"Perfect to stay for short/long term Despite a bit far away from railway/bus stations, situated at the very quiet waterfront with a beautiful night view, so nothing to disturb out sleep at all Restaurant/rooftop bar in the hotel and also a vairety of restaurants nearby, close to main tourist attractions Very clean and modern interior, spa and kid room inside as well as friendly staff Large kitchen/dining room and comfortable bunk beds Should be better to have a kitchen knife in guest kitchen"

"The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"Perfect and inexpensive place to spend a few days in beautiful Gdansk. The small kitchenette is very useful (microwave, refrigerator, kettle). There are cups, glasses, plates, spoons, etc... everything you need. It was very helpful that they had coffee, sugar, and tea in the cupboard... just buying milk at the supermarket is enough to make a ”café con leche” for breakfast or an afternoon snack. There's a small cloth, a sponge, and soap for cleaning the utensils (though you have to use the bathroom sink since there isn't a proper sink). Bathroom... large and very clean. Perfect Wi-Fi. TV with plenty of channels. Perfect location... just 2 minutes from the City Hall and practically on the canal. Spotless. Beautiful building."

"Unfortunately, our experience at Radisson Suites Gdańsk was disappointing. The staff felt quite unfriendly and even rude at times. Any request or small issue we asked for was met with zero willingness to help or find a solution. It honestly felt like there was no sense of hospitality at all, which was surprising for Poland, where people are usually much warmer. The hotel itself is very standard, nothing special for a Radisson property. Since our room didn’t have a water view either, there was really nothing memorable or enjoyable about the stay. Overall, not a place I would choose again"
