"I was very satisfied with this hotel; the facilities were excellent. I booked it after seeing the reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The front desk staff here were the warmest and most friendly people we encountered on our entire trip to Russia. The proof of stay we received from our previous hotel in the Golden Ring towns wasn't up to standard, but instead of refusing us check-in directly, this hotel went above and beyond to help us get a new proof issued from the previous hotel. Since we had an early flight the next morning and they didn't want us to rush, they proactively worked extra hours on the day we checked in to get the proof ready in advance. They were truly thoughtful and kind."

"The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by car. There's an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (van). From the airport, you take the escalator and cross to the opposite side of the road to wait for the shuttle. It's a self-service system; you carry your own luggage. For the return trip, you don't need to book in advance; just wait for the shuttle to depart on time. The rooms are standard size, clean, and include two complimentary bottles of water."

Swimming room with fresh repair and hot water, there is a refrigerator, teapot, coats. Breakfast and lunch is possible for dop fee. In general everything liked, the only wish to make the 2nd roast for the cold, for the teapot and the refrigerator at the same time."

"The hotel was clean, with disposable slippers and shampoo/shower gel, but no disposable toiletries. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect height. The receptionist didn't speak much English, but she was very patient and could communicate with gestures; she was also very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located in Terminal E. We came from Terminal C (international flights). Just follow the signs to take the airport shuttle train to Terminal E, and then follow the crowd to find the signs to the hotel. It's quite easy to find."
