"This hotel is excellent and very clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable, much better than other hotels of the same brand and name located in Bangkok. It surpasses them in every aspect. The in-room amenities are more comprehensive, and the service is many times better, even though this is a provincial hotel, not a major city. There's plenty of parking with security guards always on duty, providing excellent care. Honestly, the security guards here have better service minds than some of the service staff at the Bangkok branch's restaurant. But this is a review for Ratchaburi, so I want to commend the management and staff for truly excellent service. The room is beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows are of high quality and extremely comfortable."

"Location is about 1km away from the railway station. Not too far away but there's a few hotels which are nearer. Check in and out was fast. I didn't see anything written about asking for deposit on the website. It just happened that was my last 2 nights in Ratchaburi and most of my Thai baht were finishing soon. Cleanliness was good. It will be better if the room was given instant coffee. The worst I should say about the stay was the wifi. Overall for the price I paid, it was still worthwhile. Clean room and peaceful environment to rest."

"We stayed for two days. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by fields, and there's a pool. Upon check-in, we were offered complimentary refreshing drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helped us with everything, even carrying our suitcase up the stairs. The room was simple but had everything we needed. A few minor points: the air conditioning was quite noisy, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. The kettle cord didn't reach the outlet, so we had to prop it up. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, and the pillow was too thin. Upon check-out, they told us to try the complimentary breakfast. We never quite understood if breakfast was included in our rate, as no one mentioned it to us, and we ordered food through Grab each morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay here."
