"There was a cockroach in the sink trying to escape. The pipe is not close but leads to the shower evacuation. The lift doesn't go to the second floor. It smells cigarettes in the corridor. I could hear the traffic during the afternoon. I couldn't close the door of the bathroom from the outside as there was no handle."

"Cosy atmosphere, clean room, spacious room, good customer service. I stayed there for 3 nights in a premier deluxe room and will stay again on my next visit to Surat Thani. Down side is rooms are not sound proof. My neighbour Chinese guests were pretty noisy after mindnight There was an electrical short circuit at 3 am on my last night (only for a while). Luckily that the aircon was back on in about 5 minutes."

"We stayed here and n 25/04/2024 This resort catered for local thai people, all writings are in thai including the resort name Bfast also all thai local breakfast. Resort stay prices is also for local thai. Not expensive. Only thing to complain is the toilet. The shower is in a fix position. So when on the water, sprayed all over including the area outside of the water catchment area. Which is dangerous ( slippery ) for seniors like me. The manager in charge should looks into this matter. Thank you."

"This erstwhile, stately 400-room hotel still towers on the edge of downtown Surat Thani and is capacious and accommodating. It certainly must have been a 5-star convention hotel in its origin and still has the bones: hardwood floors in the guest rooms; an inviting (and spacious) pool mezzanine on the 3rd floor; an oversize gym/exercise room; and an in-house massage salon: and some terrific views from the 20th floor (Central Plaza--a 10-minute walk). Ad the price and the smiles are the best surprise!"

"CBD2 was very good overall, the room was clean spacious and had a great view of the river and city. Stuff for excellent they carried our bags up to our room and answered any questions we had. This hotel was perfect for us because we had a car so it was a short, five minute drive across the river into the middle of the city where the markets and restaurants were. Price was good so I would recommend this hotel."
