"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!"

"Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. O yüzden 2026 yılının temmuz ayı için 5 gece konaklama daha satın aldım. Otelin kendi sitesinin fiyatı daha uygun olduğu ve EXTRA %10-15 indirim verdiği söylendiği için üye olup satın alım gerçekleştirdim. Ama otelin rezervasyon yetkilisi Zeynep hanım ile telefonda birlikte yaptığımız hesaplamada 5 gece için 27.105 TL rakamında mutabık kalmamıza ve ödeme linkinde çekilecek tutarın 27.105,83 TL olduğu açıkça gözükmesine rağmen, banka extrelerimi kontrol ettiğimde 27.999,41 TL çekim yapıldığını gördüm. Zeynep hanıma durumu izah eden bir mesajı, yapılan işlemin ekran görüntüsünü ve banka hesap dökümümü de ekleyerek iletmeme rağmen, 6 gündür 893,50 TL  iadem gerçekleşmedi maalesef. Bu kadar memnun ve güzel duygularla ayrıldığım otelden, üstelik te kendi sitesinden 5 gecelik satın alım gerçeştirmişken yaşadığım bu durum ve sorunun hâlâ çözülmemesi üzüntü verici."

"The hotel left mixed feelings: some liked it, others didn't. The rooms are small, the natural stone finishes are hastily done, but that's more a criticism of the builders who did the renovations (or the designer). We stayed for one night, just passing through, and for some reason we called the hotel a ”crazy house.” So, we won't consider this a drawback, especially since there's a magnificent terrace at the hotel entrance where you can relax. The hotel is clean, cozy, and quiet. There's parking in the courtyard. The breakfast is excellent, especially the omelet served in a frying pan. Overall, if you're driving to see Cappadocia, this hotel is a great choice—you won't be disappointed."

"Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer."

"One of the handsomest rooms of any hotel we'd stayed in. Being able to enjoy a fireplace next to the bed in winter was a luxury. Most of all the service team was excellent. We had an accident during our trip and front manager Osman promptly and diligently helped us with necessary communications and got important information that we couldn't do for ourselves. That made all the difference."

"Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room."

"We stayed with a group of eight friends. The hotel has a great location and beautiful design. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully decorated, and clean. Because the hotel is a cave-style building, there's always sand on the floor. The breakfasts were delicious. Cons: We asked for twin rooms, but unfortunately, none of the six rooms had single beds. We bought a melon and asked reception for a knife. They sent us to the restaurant, but they refused to help us there either, not even offering to cut it for a fee. The hammam didn't work, the sauna was useless because it was cold, and the pool was very cold."

"A totally unusual experience of staying at this cave hotel. We had a family King number. It is big and cozy. Real cave, even the toilet in the cave. Characteristic darkness, but it only gives authenticity. We lived in the room for 3 days and did not want to leave! Very qualitative breakfasts are served. Fresh omlet, roasted cheese and green tubes, all kinds of cheeses, fresh vegetables, a plate with different varenings, fresh bread, coffee and tea are personally cooked for the family. We have always been satisfied and satisfied! We didn't have time to leave the hotel, as there was a desire to return to our cozy cave again! And what the view opens from the terrace! The hotel is located on the top of the hill. Important: The hotel is located in the village of Mustafa Pasha, it is about 20 km from Goreme (the tourist center) and not all the tours of Goreme take away from this hotel. But we are lucky our company Atmosphere took us from Mustafa Pasha without any supplements. Just 5 km from Mustafa Pasha there is a town of Urgyup. You can get there by bus. It goes from the central square of Mustafa Pasha. It costs 30 lira. For me, the location, remote from the noisier tourist center, was a plus. There is no crowd of tourists here. And all in 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel you can see the cave monastery and church and other buildings completely free and at all without people. It's great. Near Goreme for such museums under the open sky take payment and a lot of people there. This hotel I and all my family are happy with everything 100%. I also studied hotel reviews before the trip and they didn't fail! As agreed with all the positive reviews. The hotel owners were very hospitality and we would love to come back there with great pleasure! Thank you!"
