"Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room."

"Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. O yüzden 2026 yılının temmuz ayı için 5 gece konaklama daha satın aldım. Otelin kendi sitesinin fiyatı daha uygun olduğu ve EXTRA %10-15 indirim verdiği söylendiği için üye olup satın alım gerçekleştirdim. Ama otelin rezervasyon yetkilisi Zeynep hanım ile telefonda birlikte yaptığımız hesaplamada 5 gece için 27.105 TL rakamında mutabık kalmamıza ve ödeme linkinde çekilecek tutarın 27.105,83 TL olduğu açıkça gözükmesine rağmen, banka extrelerimi kontrol ettiğimde 27.999,41 TL çekim yapıldığını gördüm. Zeynep hanıma durumu izah eden bir mesajı, yapılan işlemin ekran görüntüsünü ve banka hesap dökümümü de ekleyerek iletmeme rağmen, 6 gündür 893,50 TL  iadem gerçekleşmedi maalesef. Bu kadar memnun ve güzel duygularla ayrıldığım otelden, üstelik te kendi sitesinden 5 gecelik satın alım gerçeştirmişken yaşadığım bu durum ve sorunun hâlâ çözülmemesi üzüntü verici."

"It is the best cave hotel we have ever stayed. The real cave with modern facilities. Wide, clean, and quiet room. SPA is also good at a reasonable price. It is a nice resort in this area. Strongly recommend for family's stay."

"1. The hotel offers a good quality English and Irish breakfast. 2. The hotel's quiet environment is a plus, but it's about a 15-minute drive from Goreme town and the main attractions. If you're not driving, I'd recommend staying at a hotel within Goreme town for more convenience. 3. During our stay, a framed picture in our room suddenly fell onto the table. Luckily, it didn't hit the floor and the glass didn't shatter, so it was a close call, but no harm done."

"We stayed with a group of eight friends. The hotel has a great location and beautiful design. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully decorated, and clean. Because the hotel is a cave-style building, there's always sand on the floor. The breakfasts were delicious. Cons: We asked for twin rooms, but unfortunately, none of the six rooms had single beds. We bought a melon and asked reception for a knife. They sent us to the restaurant, but they refused to help us there either, not even offering to cut it for a fee. The hammam didn't work, the sauna was useless because it was cold, and the pool was very cold."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"One of the handsomest rooms of any hotel we'd stayed in. Being able to enjoy a fireplace next to the bed in winter was a luxury. Most of all the service team was excellent. We had an accident during our trip and front manager Osman promptly and diligently helped us with necessary communications and got important information that we couldn't do for ourselves. That made all the difference."

"Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer."

"The hotel's ambience is very beautiful. I can say one of the most beautiful hotels in the area. I found breakfast inadequate. especially with regard to the warmth. In general, everyone's worker wrote very interested but, in fact, the worker seemed to be in their own condition. We received a response if we asked. I used the pool once, unfortunately the swimming pool was not very clean. I saw the next day cleaning was done. The sounds in the environment arranged a little disturbed. The baths could have been more hygienic and had a rumour of rumour. The hotel was very beautiful but I can say it came insatisfactory"

"We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. In short, we absolutely recommend this hotel, it's the perfect choice for everyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation! Thanks."
