Highly recommend Tina at the front desk, definitely five stars! I chose to stay here for my trip and was truly impressed by her professional service throughout. When I first arrived, she proactively greeted me warmly, processed my check-in quickly and thoroughly, and even thoughtfully reminded me about local transportation and breakfast times. Later, when I had questions, she was consistently patient and gentle, never once perfunctory. Her service was meticulous, and she was genuinely friendly and kind. It's truly because of such an outstanding employee that the overall hotel experience was greatly enhanced, making my trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. A sincere thumbs up to Tina!
