"Our stay at Kenzi Salazar Hotel was generally fine, but there were a few points worth noting. The room was comfortable, however the toilet cleanliness could have been better, as it didn’t feel as fresh as expected for a hotel of this level. The restaurant service was average, staff were polite, but service was a bit slow at times and could be more attentive, especially during busy hours. The food itself was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay, but improving cleanliness standards and restaurant service would definitely enhance the guest experience."

"This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town. This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent."

"Service: It took more than an hour to check in at the front desk. I couldn't find the order. The manager came over and didn't ask about the situation. He got angry with me and asked me to leave. He said that I didn't respect them and wouldn't let me stay even if I paid. This was the first time I encountered this. Such unreasonable service staff. I just asked, I have been waiting for an hour, how long will it take for you to handle it."

"The hotel is very well located (with a view of the marina), clean, and very well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast is also of very good quality. A huge thank you to Mr. Berrada, the hotel manager, for offering us an additional room because we had booked two double rooms with extra beds (for teenagers), but the rooms were too small to accommodate these beds. A very kind gesture, much appreciated. I definitely recommend it without hesitation."

"I recommend 100% very very good hotel very well located next to everything beach restaurant supermarket macdo really no need for a car everything is accessible on foot the hotel staff are very caring the lifeguards are too kind and are very caring for anything the cleaning ladies the rooms are spotless they are too kind also a need they are there the breakfast you eat your fingers so it is good really very very satisfied we had a very very good stay worthy of a 5 * hotel"

"## Facilities The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. ## Cleanliness The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy. ## Environment The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb! ## Service The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages."

"Everything was fine, but when we arrived they gave us a room that did not correspond to the reservation, it had no view but faced the back of the hotel. We complained and the girl at reception gave us problems and was rude. We asked to speak to the supervisor and they changed our room after a while of waiting. The breakfast was fine, service was good and everything was very clean. The best thing was the pool. I recommend it but be careful when you arrive which room they give you."

GGuest UserThere's no elevator, and the rooms are on the 4th floor. I was pleased to find a robe, though only one. The windows are a bit of a pain: only one in the kitchen area, which is flush with the building's wall. If you open them, the smell of cooking from the street comes through. You can't see the street. It was fine for one night, the renovations are new. There's a nice mirror in the room, perfect for putting on makeup.

Breakfast is limited (not in the buffet format), but everything is cooked delicious, hot coffee is also delicious. The staff is responsive and friendly. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room we received. We were allowed to use it in the kitchen. During the eviction, there was a question about payment on the spot (twice, we paid via trip.com and the staff did not see this payment). Be careful! I recommend booking. Хороший выбор. Удачное расположение - в центре города, близко к морю, кафе и основным достопримечательностям. Абсолютная чистота - качественная уборка, санитарные нормы выполняются. Завтрак ограниченный (не в формате шведский стол), но всё приготовлено вкусно, горячий кофе тоже вкусный. Сотрудники реагируют на вопросы, доброжелательные. В номере, который мы получили нет холодильника и чайника. Нам разрешили воспользоваться им на кухне. При выселении возник вопрос об оплате на месте (второй раз, мы оплачивали через trip.com и сотрудники не видели эту оплату). Будьте внимательны! Рекомендую к бронированию.

GGuest UserOur first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond.   No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful.  Would stay there again without question.

NNatalia899Good area, kasbah medina within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are exactly as in the photo, small but clean and not tired, cleaning every day (quickly and cleanly). Our room overlooked the road but it was not noisy, inside the hotel it was also quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, buffet on the 5th floor, after 11 there is a restaurant there. Many thanks to all the girls at the reception, very friendly and helped with everything. Price-service is a very good option.

EExplorettaThe accommodation was clean and comfortable and in a quiet location but was also within walking distance of shops. The property was also well equipped with kitchen equipment  including washing machine but there wasn’t really anywhere to dry clothes. I did appreciate that there was a security guard that watched the property and our vehicles overnight.

Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool. Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value. Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.
