You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand."

"I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly… I was pleasantly surprised. I got a really good price for the room, so I wasn’t expecting too much — but it turned out to be totally worth it. "As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, with a dry floor and no standing water. The vanity, mirror, and bathroom fixtures were all sparkling clean, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. The overall cleanliness made for a truly reassuring stay. Every corner of the house, including sofa crevices and window sills, was immaculately clean. The hygiene standards far surpassed many high-end hotels, showcasing meticulous attention to detail."

"I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The furniture and decor were more detailed and refined than I expected. All the bathroom and office facilities were put to good use, and I used the washer-dryer multiple times. The front desk service was excellent. Packages were sorted by courier company on a dedicated rack. However, the kitchen lacked cooking utensils. For other requests, more communication was needed. It's about 12 kilometers from the city center, which is an acceptable distance. For this price point, a hotel with these facilities offers much better value for money compared to hotels I've stayed at in the city center, which had worse facilities and environment but cost almost double. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There's a Caozhuang Flower and Pet Market nearby, and a Wumart supermarket downstairs, which was a pleasant surprise."

"Our stays was great, the place is clean, very spacious for us a group of 4. The lady is is nice and very responsive. The locations is super strategic only 1 stasion away from the Tianjin Railway stasion. There are both bus stasion and metro nearby, restaurant and supermarket just downstairs, really convinient."
