"Let's start with what I care about most: cleanliness. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and when I stay somewhere, I pay close attention to every little detail. The moment I opened the door, I felt comfortable; there was no damp or stuffy smell, and the floors were polished to a shine. I could walk barefoot without picking up any dust. The bedding felt soft and dry, not cheap or rough fabric, and the pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. After a long day, I could really relax once I lay down. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation design. The sink and shower glass were free of water stains, and the toilet rim and drain crevices were sparkling clean. The disposable toiletries were all perfectly sealed, and the towels had a subtle, fresh scent after being dried. Even the mirror was wiped perfectly clean, with no water marks. It's clear the cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous and didn't just do a superficial job."

"As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. I'll definitely be coming back often!"

"The hotel environment is fantastic. The pool is uncrowded and the water temperature is perfect. There's also a gym. The rooms have both a bathtub and a shower. You can cook your own meals, as the facilities are fully equipped. Parking is free. We visited the Aircraft Carrier Theme Park, Tianjin Fantawild, and fed seagulls at Dongjiang Bay. When I travel with my child, I usually book for one day first. We were really happy with this hotel; my child even asked to extend our stay for another day, so we didn't look for any other accommodation."

"We had a good stay here. It was a bit difficult to find the reception area from a foreigner’s perspective, but check-in was smooth once you’re able to find it. The place was inexpensive and we had a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had was the room was not cleaned properly prior to our check-in. There were leftover food stains in the refrigerator from previous guests. There was also no washing machine in our room and no microwave. Nevertheless, it is worth it the price since there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Metro is a bit far. We really enjoyed watching movies as they provide streaming services from their projector."

"The location is excellent. You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand."

"Overall, it was a good experience. Located in a safe and quiet residential area, the apartment has windows and excellent natural light. The layout is exactly as pictured and furnished. The owner was very welcoming. However, the apartment was a bit messy when I moved in, as the owner hadn't had time to clean yet, but they quickly fixed it in ten minutes. It's a bit far from the bus stop; you need to take Metro Line 3 and transfer to Line 11, which involves a lot of walking. Alternatively, you can take bus 20 and transfer to bus 96, which involves less walking."
