"Despite being a bit challenging to find, the experience after check-in made it completely worth it. The incredibly narrow streets are definitely part of the charm and worth experiencing! Our room was very spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made our stay incredibly convenient. And the sunset views from the observation deck right outside the hotel were absolutely breathtaking!"

"The room was spacious and well-equipped, right in the city center with parking. The fifth floor had a swimming pool and laundry facilities, and the view was stunning. You could see Amitābha and the snow-capped mountains, and both the sunrise and sunset were stunning! The only downside was that Room 2 was close to the road, which was noisy at night. The next day, I contacted the front desk, and they promptly moved me to a quieter room. Everyone, when checking in, asked the front desk to avoid rooms facing the road."

"服務極差，首先酒店的地址和實際上前台的地址不一樣，我們到了是沒有酒店服務人員在的，折騰了一個小時才電話聯繫上前台，而且前台也不太會講英語，來來回回溝通説不清楚，導致耽誤了不少旅行時間。其次，下午辦入住時我們到了以後打開房間裏面已經有人了，然後就是再和酒店電話溝通，也是讓我們各種自己找鑰匙，説不清楚，最後忍無可忍才問工作人員能不能當面過來解決，不僅處事效率極低，且讓人感覺很不安全。再次，酒店的入住是4點，離開時間是11點，比其他酒店時間也是少了很多，也不是很方便。總之在整個入住過程中耽誤了一到兩個小時的時間，而且酒店工作人員絲毫沒有歉意，是一次非常糟糕的入住體驗。"

"One of the most satisfying hotels on this trip was Usense in Granada – it was truly excellent and great value for money. Tucked away amidst the bustling city, you'll spot it behind an unassuming door right off the main road. The soundproofing is fantastic, and it's directly opposite the Granada Cathedral. The bedding was super comfortable, everything felt brand new, and there was even a washing machine. I really regret not staying a few extra days!"

"The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. There is a bit of light missing in the apartment. Very correct kitchen. Shower well. Central location."

"This Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain. "

"The place is located in the city center, and it is easy to walk around. The room is spacious with lots of amenities. Communication was a bit confused: got a message at 130pm, said the room was ready, we could enter any time. Then we found the code ONLY activated after 3 pm. If we knew sooner, we could eat lunch before heading to the apartment."
