DDuwanjuanshu；xingwanliluThe hotel's service was exceptionally friendly. All staff greeted us with a smile and were helpful in resolving any travel issues, offering helpful suggestions. Overall, the service was the best of our trip to Spain. There's a small pool and gym in the basement, and I think there's even a sauna. The highlight is the rooftop bar on the fourth floor, with stunning views of the cathedral's rooftop on one side and the Alhambra and Albaicin on the other. A downside is that there's a resident switch in the room that automatically turns off all lights if no activity is detected for a while. If you're unfamiliar with the design, you might be surprised.

GGuest UserHands down the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Spain! It's newly renovated, so everything is incredibly clean and fresh. The service was excellent, and the restaurants the front desk recommended were all fantastic. It's not right in the city center, but getting to the sights by bus or on foot was still quite convenient. Plus, it offers incredible value for money!

XXiaofeizhuThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking. Overall, highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis so-called 4-star hotel left me with a bad impression. Mainly because the air conditioning was not turned on, I had to sleep with the window open at night. The hotel is right next to the highway, and the car noise only died down in the second half of the night. How can I rest? The bathroom has no ventilation, and the hotel parking lot charges guests staying in the hotel. It is obviously stingy compared to other hotels I stayed in during this trip. The breakfast was OK, and it was convenient to take a taxi to the city center for 7 euros.

AAggieDSHotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

GGuest UserWell, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed.
It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via.
The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in.
It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large.
If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel...
The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel.
They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning.
Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10.
I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is...
