"Located in the heart of the old town, with a bus stop right outside, the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Both the rooms and bathrooms have small balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with street views. The receptionist is very helpful and attentive in explaining the breakfast and relaxation areas. There's a large multi-area balcony on the 4th floor, and the vegetarian restaurants near the hotel serve excellent food!"

"I stayed in Granada for two days and chose this central hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It's a typical old-school Spanish traditional hotel; the decor isn't trendy, but it feels solid and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and bright, and all the facilities are in excellent working order. Hygiene was no concern at all; the bedding and bathroom were spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic – within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) of the main street in the old town and Granada Cathedral. The walk takes you through charming residential areas and small plazas, which is lovely. It's a bit further to the Alhambra, about 30-40 minutes on foot, passing by some other key attractions along the way. The service was also a big plus. The front desk staff were very patient, providing detailed recommendations for sightseeing and dining during check-in, and even helping with route planning. The hotel also has a small bar and a restaurant. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was perfectly satisfying, and it was great to be able to fill up before heading out to explore. Overall, it's a very reliable traditional hotel. It doesn't rely on flashy marketing, but it offers a genuinely comfortable stay and excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to truly explore Granada."

"The water pressure is very sufficient, and it is very convenient to go out on the main street. The hotel breakfast is really good. The car parked in the parking lot next door, and it had to be stopped when you checked out. The hotel paid 17 euros/day. The payment failed on the parking app 13.95 Europe."

"This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily open two suitcases. The small balcony with its floor-to-ceiling window allowed the sunlight to stream in, and the white curtains gently swayed in the breeze, adding a touch of sophistication. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and the facilities felt a bit dated, experiencing such a distinctly European hotel made these minor imperfections fade into the background. Being close to the street, there could be some noise, but earplugs easily solved that. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that the duvet insert was placed between two sheets. I heard many hotels in Europe do this; I even encountered this bedding style in a 5-star hotel in Barcelona. Despite these small quirks, I still fondly remember this historic hotel."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. It's a short walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, and there's a Carrefour nearby, along with plenty of cafes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us great tips on local attractions and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The hotel breakfast was also very generous – definitely one of the best we had on this European trip."

"It's a good hotel newly renovated and in a great location. The window is very special (perhaps inherited from the building itself) which blocks the noise from the street really well. Though i really want to love the hotel but your neighbors matter a lot. You could literally hear every word, get to know the gossip they're talking about and enjoy the music with them whole night just by lying on your bed. Also, luggage deposit will change you 3 euro."

"Place is good value for the price. Simple but clean and the reception staff are very nice and helpful. The location is close to the cathedral and the main downtown of Granada. There are restaurants all around, so very easy to find good food. If you are bringing a car then parking is quite far away (about 10 minutes walk) in a car park so do not expect on site parking."

"The room had a window, but it overlooked an air shaft, so it wasn't very bright. The room itself was quite spacious. Breakfast was just okay. The surrounding area was convenient for shopping. If you're taking a taxi, you need to walk to the main street, to the square with the fountain."

"The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had underfloor heating, so I had to turn the air conditioning down. The AC unit was blowing directly at the head of the bed, which isn't ideal for Chinese guests. The bathroom was spacious but lacked hooks for hanging clothes. There was a hairdryer provided. It had a large bathtub, but the showerhead couldn't adjust the water pressure, making for an uncomfortable shower as I had to hold it. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could clearly hear chairs being dragged around upstairs next door. Room 114 is an end room, right next to a public restroom, and your bed is practically against the public restroom wall, which can affect your rest. The room didn't have complimentary water or a mini-fridge. The location is excellent, with a Carrefour right downstairs. It's a 6-minute walk to Granada Cathedral and 9 minutes to the Cathedral of San Juan de Dios."
