Amazing
GGuest UserThe location is particularly good, just upstairs in the chocolate shop in the lively city center. If you store your luggage, you have to go to another store in his house. If you don't store it, you can check in directly. It is very convenient and simple. The room is large, and the washing machine and dishwasher are complete. The only problem is that the hot water cannot be washed all the time. If there are many people, it may have to be washed the next morning. But I still like this hotel very much.

SSandyduuuWe loved the apartment in the heart of Granada's Old Town; the decor was lovely, the facilities were new, and parking was conveniently located nearby in their own private parking space. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming blonde woman who followed us to the parking lot, concerned about parking. She also provided a very detailed explanation of the room. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and not far from the Alhambra Palace, which we walked to.

OoceanldsAmazing hotel in the heart of Granada! We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to everything. The hotel offers covered parking for €20 per night, which was super convenient. The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious — plenty of choices to suit everyone. One of the best features is the rooftop — stunning views of the city, with a lovely bar and restaurant to enjoy in the evening. Everything was excellent. If we return to Granada, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

KKaerThe location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight. A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept. Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd? The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

GGuest UserIf you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception. ⸻ Pros • Modern, newly renovated rooms • Great lounge with nice views, food, and service • Within walking distance of main attractions • Close to the airport bus stop Cons • Rude and unwelcoming reception staff • Poor soundproofing — earplugs recommended at night

GGuest UserThe room is OK, the location is good, the city is not big, most of the attractions are within walking distance, and it is very quiet. The only thing is that the room layout is not very comfortable. After turning off the lights at night, the night lights are always on, which is uncomfortable. However, if I have the opportunity to come to beautiful Granada next time, I will stay here again. The younger Chinese old man next to me is very talkative. It is a very flavorful city!

AAggieDSHotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, right in the city center with parking. The fifth floor had a swimming pool and laundry facilities, and the view was stunning. You could see Amitābha and the snow-capped mountains, and both the sunrise and sunset were stunning! The only downside was that Room 2 was close to the road, which was noisy at night. The next day, I contacted the front desk, and they promptly moved me to a quieter room. Everyone, when checking in, asked the front desk to avoid rooms facing the road.

SSomeonelikeskittyFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
