"overall, a very pleasant stay and hotel staff were excellent and polite. 1. in less than 3 minutes after calling front desk, a housekeeping staff came by to teach how to activate the dryer mode for the laundry machine. if a washing mode with multiple steps is in use, please note you might need to manually tap on the “play” button to proceed to the next step, so plan your laundry accordingly. 2. the room was left on dnd for more than a day and the hotel contacted us via whatsapp to verify that cleaning was not needed. requested for amenities to be placed right at the door and the request was well fulfilled. 3. had ordered a package that only arrived after i checked out of the hotel. i had informed the hotel about this potential issue before leaving and they promptly followed up on it. they followed the step by step instructions and it was a hassle-free coordination. (please note that courier from the hotel and to your home address has to be self-arranged.) 4. complimentary parking is available. i eventually did not request it, but all you have to let front desk know in advance is the vehicle plate number. extra pillows are available in the closet. the ample space in the kitchen area allowed for more space for laundry and baggage. location is quite central to major malls and some iconic landmarks. however, if you are travelling with elderly, children (or a light sleeper), you will hear the daily morning prayers from the nearby mosque at around 4.30am local time. i’d recommend anyone staying here to bring some earplugs. it wasn’t an issue for me as i slept off it after the first occurrence. some timestamps by car 1. banyard ~30mins in AM 2. cgk airport ~60mins in late AM (book a Grab ride at least 2 hours in advance for stress-free experience) 3. gould cafe ~8mins in AM 4. mori tower ~8mins in AM"

"We have 2pax. Booked a 3 bedrooms (room 808,level 8) as most of the rooms were sold out. And getting a standard room and junior suite for the two og us becomes too expensive than a 3 bedrooms . Generally the service is considered good. Mattress is good by serta. 3 bedrooms have 2 toilet, one in ensuite with a room, the other can be shared with two other rooms. King size bed for 2 rooms while 2 single rooms for the 3rd room. Clean, tidy and provide basic amenities, just old furniture. The 2 bedrooms with kind size bed is facing the busy road (able to see St Regis Jot), so you can imagine the traffic noise from early morning. Balcony sliding door in one of the rooms cant be lock up at all as constructed alignment is put. A pity that this is not being supervised by the hotel closely. The common toilet has water leaking issue, from ceiling to floor. Altered twice within 2 days but they said they cant fix it and cant move us to other room. Question is, why selling it? Is so dangerous to have water keep leaking down and flooding the floor. Habitable cafe next to hotel provide decent dinning from 10am onwards till over midnight (turns into a live band pub in night)."

"It's always a pleasure to return and stay here. Usually I'm alone, but this time I was with family. I always feel comfortable because I'm quite familiar with this apartment hotel. All the staff, from security to reception, are always very friendly and helpful, from arrival to check-out. The swimming pool offers fantastic views of Menteng and the surrounding areas – it's clean, comfortable, and peaceful. There was a slight misunderstanding when we ordered food for our children and their cousin in the room. They had to wait a long time for the food to arrive, and even then, it came without tissues or cutlery. While the semi-apartment rooms do have cutlery, it's only enough for two people, matching the room's capacity, whereas we had ordered four portions of food. The issue was that when we ordered for them, we had friends stop by, so we ended up eating outside the hotel and leaving them alone in the room. We only found out about this problem after we returned. We then spoke to the restaurant staff in the lobby, and after communicating with Mas Fauzi and Mba Sri, everything was resolved amicably. We hope this doesn't happen to other guests. Aside from that, we were allowed a late check-out the next day until 3 PM. We understand that everyone strives to provide the best for guests, and sometimes unexpected things happen that can be used for future learning. "The service was excellent. It's an apartment-style place, run by a Chinese person. It has an induction cooktop and a gas tank, so you can cook your own meals. They provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, pretty much like in China, but no disposable slippers. There are a lot of Chinese people around here."

The room was excellent, the location was very convenient because it is close to Citos and the toll road, the buffet was complete with many delicious options. Also, my daughter loves swimming at the pool. We will definitely choose this place again for our next staycation. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay.
