I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is modern, elegant, and offers stunning city views. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious local and international dishes. stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La Jakarta, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I stayed in a spacious balcony suite on the 29th floor, which offered stunning views of Jakarta. The Horizon Club was a real highlight. The cocktails were outstanding, and the atmosphere made evening drinks a memorable experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The hotel has everything you could ask for, including excellent dining options and a fantastic bar featuring live music, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. Shangri-La Jakarta delivers five-star luxury with impeccable service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to returning.

I booked a stay at Ascott Kuningan Jakarta for my boss and client, and overall, the experience was very positive. The location is excellent, especially for business purposes. It is situated in the Kuningan area, which is convenient for meetings, offices, and nearby shopping malls and restaurants. This made it a practical choice for a business trip. According to their feedback, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a serviced residence, the facilities were well-equipped and suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. The environment was also quiet, allowing them to rest well after a full day of work. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout their stay. Great location as across the street there is grand indonesia mall and another side across is thamrin city mall..around the area there is alot of street food and restaurants such as sederhana.Hotel staff is great too..friendly and very accomodative..the only dowside is the marble floor will get very slippery when kids soaked in the bathtub so if u have kids must be wary as the floor will get slippery.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended. First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points. Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was a bit dry inside the room, so I recommend leaving some water in the bathroom sink. The front desk service was quite good, and they had convenient Google Translate. There's a cafeteria on the ground floor with a good variety of breakfast and dinner options, featuring local flavors and a taste that leans towards Southern Chinese cuisine. Nearby, there's McDonald's and KFC, and across the street, a large supermarket and food court. However, there's road construction, so you have to walk an extra two to three hundred meters.

This was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

Fine hotel located in heart of Jakarta, the area is green, we like it. This big hotel has elegance style. The staff is friendly, Alvian the front office staff is not only friendly but also funny and child friendly! We like this hotel with it's big garden, playground area also big swimming pool and their great food. The famous people around the world were staying here too and it has beautiful Borobudur temple replica at the garden. Only I found no hairdryer on bathroom and bathtub is bit old. When we checked out early before 7 am we couldn't change the breakfast voucher as room service breakfast so we need to pick by self the take away breakfast at the Loby at around 5:30-6 am😕 The most is fine and nice hotel. We'll back to stay 3 nights more on next week before flight back to homeland.

Very secluded and not near anything but its the closest best hotel next to PIK so theres that. The hotel room is so comfy cozy though I LOVE IT. the staff is very accomodating but the lobby is so mid and hot tbh like i was worried the rooms would be as mid as the lobby but nope the rooms were GREAT. The view from the room is amazing too. And i rlly love how theres a big water dispenser in each room, the first time i had this experience so its GREAT.
