Our stay at Riad Ksar Agdid was truly special, and it felt much more like being welcomed into a warm home than staying in a hotel. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everything felt easy and comfortable. The riad has a calm, cosy stylish atmosphere where both adults and kids can relax, and we immediately felt safe, cared for, and at ease.
What made the experience unforgettable was Raschida. She is a true gem of this place — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has a natural way of making you feel looked after without ever being intrusive. Her cooking and especially mint tea is delicious! The knowledge of Marrakech is impressive, and her recommendations were always spot on, helping us discover wonderful places we would have never found on our own. It felt like having a trusted local friend guiding us through the city.
Thanks to her and the overall atmosphere of the riad, our family stay was not just comfortable, but full of warmth and beautiful memories. We would return without hesitation!

Sophia OreEveryday at Riad Jamaique was nothing but beautiful. Yassine and his team are pleasant, accommodating and kind. They all went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were clean with lots of supplies and the breakfast i always looked forward to. Yassine was there to receive me using a paid transfer he had organised for me, welcomed me with tea and water, explored the map with me to move around, planned some activities with me. He was indeed a helpful part of my trip. I called him severally when lost or needed help when outside and he went above and beyond.
Although its tucked inside the medina, I felt safe walking even past midnight all by myself and its close to all amenities as I did not have to take taxi for any activities.
I really can't over emphasise my stay here and would always come back to.stay here whenever I visit again and would recommend always.

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

We had a great stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Thank you to Abdu, Hamza and Ahmed for making our stay so comfortable :) they gave us tips on what to do and what to avoid and drew them out on the map for us!
The room was lovely, a bit dim but not too much of a problem overall. The bathroom was clean and had the basic shower amenities. The room itself was decent in size and not too noisy (you can hear some things from outside the room but it wasn't disruptive).
There is a rooftop where you sit and relax, we had some mint tea up there in the evening and it was lovely and quiet.
They served slightly different breakfast every day which was nice e.g. omelette, fruit, yogurt and Moroccan bread/pancake. They gave us orange juice and a choice of tea or coffee.
The location is not bad, quite close to the markets but you need to walk a bit from the road and turn in some alleys before reaching the riad. You will see some cats in the alleys on the way to the riad and that was something we looked forward to each time haha

HuzairiStayed at Riad Argan and honestly… this place exceeded our expectations 🇲🇦✨
Everything about the stay was wonderful.
The riad itself feels modern and comfortable, but still beautifully preserves the traditional Moroccan riad atmosphere and charm. It gave us the best of both worlds — modern comfort with authentic Marrakech vibes.
The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything.
Our room was very comfortable, and the entire riad felt peaceful despite being in the busy city of Marrakech.
What we loved most was the atmosphere — calm, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful. After walking around the chaotic souks and Medina all day, coming back here felt so relaxing.
Truly one of the highlights of our Marrakech stay. Would definitely come back again 🤍

Absolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Guest UserThis is outside the wall of Medina in the old city, close to the main road of a city, it is particularly convenient to take a taxi, and because the outer homestay has a high courtyard wall, you need a key to enter the courtyard, so the courtyard is also very quiet. The breakfast prepared by the owner of the hotel was very delicious and the people were very enthusiastic.

Guest UserWe had communicated our arrival time via chat, but when we got there, no one was around. Luckily, some other guests let us in. We tried calling and chatting to get in touch, and eventually just picked a room ourselves. The story does have an unpleasant ending, but this initial experience doesn't reflect the rest of our stay. The riad is actually very well located, the staff are friendly, and a lovely lady makes a delicious breakfast every morning with homemade bread and cakes. So, we think the bad experience was more of an unfortunate circumstance, especially since we arrived as the daily fast (Ramadan) was ending. A tip for the riad would be to get a doorbell that links to their phone.
The amenities are basic but good. The value for money is excellent. It's clean, and with a good bed and a delicious breakfast, you don't need anything more. And they made sure we got a taxi back to the airport.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
