"The self-check-in process was a bit too smart for its own good, causing some minor issues. Just remember to carefully read your booking confirmation. It feels like a hands-off approach to management, but it's not necessarily bad. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very comprehensive. It's close to two decent-sized supermarkets, making it super convenient for cooking. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and the toiletries were all branded, showing the host's thoughtful touches. The only downsides are the lack of parking and its distance from various attractions. The closest, Naminoue-gu Shrine (via Asahibashi Station), is almost a kilometer's walk, and Kokusai Street is even further. The cleanliness of the room also heavily depends on the previous guest. The overall tidiness wasn't great, but if you're willing to do a bit of tidying yourself, it's not a big deal."

"we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again."

"Checking into this hotel was a bit of a hassle because it's self-service, requiring photos of every guest's passport. The room doors have manual locks, which felt more secure, and if you're worried about losing your key, you can store it in the key cabinet found in every room! The environment and facilities truly deserve 100 points. The only downside is that it's in a residential area, which means it's very quiet for sleeping but there aren't many shops nearby, though there is a 7-Eleven. Inside the hotel, the hot water is excellent and can be adjusted manually. The apartment-style amenities are comprehensive, making it very convenient if you want to prepare your own meals or items. The establishment even thoughtfully provides all disposable convenience items (toothbrushes, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge brush, cutting board), as well as pots and pans for cooking. There are also Lime electric scooters right next to the hotel (though parking them isn't very convenient). I truly appreciate the hotel's attentiveness!"

"The hotel is conveniently situated right next to Naminoue Shrine, just a 3-minute walk away. The entire check-in and check-out process is self-service. Upon arrival, you simply use the tablet at the reception counter to call a staff member, which takes only a minute or two. There's a water dispenser on the first floor, so remember to bring your own bottle to fill up. Outside on the ground floor, there are 6 parking spaces available for 900 JPY for 24 hours (overnight parking allowed). While there are many parking lots nearby with daily caps of 600-700 JPY, this one is the best option if you need to park overnight. FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Sukiya are all within a 3-minute walk, and MaxValu is also easily accessible, though a bit further. The room was incredibly clean. The toilet and shower were separate, and it even has a balcony. The TV having YouTube connectivity was very convenient. All necessary cooking utensils and knives were provided, and the refrigerator and microwave were perfectly adequate. My only minor complaint is that the storage space wasn't quite enough; more hanging space in the closet would be appreciated."

"Clean room, large enough for room to move and luggage, table and 2 chairs, key lock, large bathroom, laundry, walking distance to Asahibashi station and convenience stores.  Large fridge nd freezer, microwave and teapot were great to have in the room! 👍 Overall, a good room for the price and location. Very simple .  A few free basic supplies available and helpful."

"We had a fantastic stay at Condomio Makishi. Would like to give special thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 to Ms. Kudo. My mum had pneumonia during our stay there. Ms. Kudo sent us to the hospital and did translation for us. The next day was her off day and my mum was to be discharged. She went to the hospital to help with the discharge. She is really god sent. If not for her we would be at a lost. She even bought omiyage for my mum! I would definitely stay here the next time. Location is in Kokusai-dori. Very convenient for shopping, 5mins walk to Makishi Station. If I could give 10 stars I would!"

"I booked a triple room, but it can actually accommodate four people – one double bed and two single beds. The bathroom and shower are completely separate, making it convenient for multiple people to shower at the same time. The room isn't large, but it's fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. There are several clothes racks, a round table, four chairs, and even a balcony. It's very close to the subway, which is convenient, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The decor feels quite new and it's very clean. There's no one at the front desk, so check-in is self-service. The only minor drawback is that you can't store your luggage, but you can store it at the nearby subway station. Overall, it's a very cost-effective hotel."

"Before checking in, I was told there was a PIN, which I assumed was the room password. I entered it incorrectly, and the room lock got disabled. I also didn't notice that the actual password was below the room number on the screen. What's the point of giving out a PIN if it's not the room code? I had to contact customer service, and the entire conversation was in English, which made communication difficult. The app also didn't display messages in real-time, which wasted a lot of my time."

"1. Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Tsubogawa Monorail Station. 2. Front desk service hours are very short. If you need anything, you must ask for it or purchase it upon check-in on the first day, such as bath towels, hand towels, pots and pans, etc. 3. Convenience stores, restaurants, izakayas (Japanese pubs), and Don Quijote (with currency exchange machines) are nearby. 4. There is a parking lot, but it seems to be fully booked, with very few spaces… However, there are nearby parking lots, but remember to look for 24-hour metered parking, which is cheaper!"
