"This hotel is unstaffed, with self check-in. The facilities are very comprehensive, offering free laundry and drying machines. There are also many items you can borrow for free from the common areas, such as infant and toddler supplies, outdoor water play equipment, air purifiers, drying racks, and much more. It's truly suitable for family travelers and very thoughtful. The only downside is that there's no parking provided; you need to park in nearby lots, which cost around 1000 JPY per night. Some parking lots are small and fill up quickly. There's also a large parking garage nearby where you can park (from 7 PM to 8 AM the next day for only 500 JPY, but after that, it's 300 JPY per hour, suitable for early risers). There are also Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, as well as a few bars. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station. If you arrive late in Naha, you can take the monorail to the hotel first and then pick up your rental car the next day! Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast, which requires filling out a Google form by 9 PM the night before. It includes Okinawa soba and onigiri. While not exceptionally delicious, it fills you up and saves you a meal. Plus, it's delivered directly to your room door, and after you finish, you just leave the dishes outside the door for someone to collect, which is very considerate. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and kitchenware, so you can easily cook simple meals! I highly recommend this hotel; it's well-equipped and offers an excellent experience!"

"We stay in a small two bedroom unit for 3 days. This unit is completed with all basic amenities, i.e. washing machice, dryer, fridge, table, sink, hot plate, microwave, limited cutlery and plates. The laundry detergent is charged separately. There is no daily cleaning within our stay. The hotel is at good location for hanging around international street and Makeshi market. Although we did not heard the busy street noice, we did heard some sound from units next door due to poor sound proof. Anyway, all went well in the initial stay, except the last day when I failed to contact the reception desk by phone, trip message and email to collect items I left in the fridge. Until now, they still did not reply me. I am very dissapointed with the hotel service. 😮💨 Hope the management more attentive to customers' message."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BiBi Hotel Cosmos Shintoshin. Its prime location in Naha means it's close to everything—just a short walk to DFS Galleria, with plenty of great local restaurants nearby, and a supermarket right across the street for everyday needs. What truly sets this hotel apart is the room amenities. Having a washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave in the room really made our trip more convenient. The room itself was spotless and cosy, with a private balcony to relax on. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and on-site private parking took the stress out of exploring Okinawa by rental car. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable base in Okinawa!"

"I had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay. The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection. One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location."

"The location and room rate offer excellent value for money! Everyone was very satisfied with their stay, and the provided pajamas were very comfortable. Check-in seemed to have improved a lot, taking only 10 minutes. The main issue was getting past the sign-in counter. The only thing I'd like to improve is the lighting. I hope the floor lamps in the sofa area can be individually switched on and off. Because my family goes to bed early, all the lights have to be turned off when we turn them off. Although there are small bedside lamps, the sofa area is always completely dark. It would be great if this could be improved!"

"The apartment rooms have a sense of age, but feel the level of hygiene is good! Location near Hugawa Station, a small ramp is acceptable ~ Pros: The staff has a good attitude, the room is cheap, there is an open fire stove, a large refrigerator, and an extractor hood to fry steak Cons: I don't know why there are small mosquitoes near the door, and one thing is unacceptable is the conditioner added a lot of water to dilute it feels quite bad"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Street, which can be a little difficult if you're carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. The front desk staff are very welcoming, the facilities are complete, and disposable toiletries are available in the lobby. The room is spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases. Note that you cannot enter through the main entrance after 9:30 pm. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay."

"A lovely hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which I really appreciated. There's also a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which I didn't use. I felt very comfortable, the welcome was very warm, and they even provided a complimentary bottle of water. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and your kindness!"

"The room, cleanliness, and location were excellent. However, for any issues, the staff were slow to respond or didn't respond at all. Especially after checking out, when trying to retrieve forgotten items, I left messages on Trip.com or via email, but received no reply after two nights. I then asked a Japanese friend to call and inquire, calling at 8 AM and being told they would get back to me later. They checked out at 10 AM and started packing, but by 1:30 PM, still hadn't received a call, so I asked my friend to call again. They were told the booking hotline couldn't handle the issue and they would get back to me later. Finally, at 2 PM, I received the answer: the items had been lost."
