"The hotel is new and very clean. Facilities are very good and well organized. Breakfast is very delicious, every single dish is yummy. This is the best breakfast in our Okinawa’s trip. My room also viewing the sea from wharf. This is also close to Nishinomachi Market, very convenience to load up some food. The walk is a bit far from monorail 850 metre. to Koukusaidori street, but it’s walkable. Car can park in automatic parking and you have to pay 1,500 yen per day."

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

For those looking to save money, this is definitely the best choice.
The screws on the stairs could be ground down; they're very uncomfortable to walk on.
Overall, it's just so-so, nothing special.
The internet speed is terrible, download and upload speeds are so different; they should probably be split up.
It's alright.
