4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids!
5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children.
6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring.

Ssyl0120The location is great, very close to Kokusai Street and the monorail station. The room is also quite spacious, and the facilities are all new. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made check-in very convenient. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to ask the front desk staff for help if you want to use the microwave.

AAlbertZuoEnvironment: The surrounding transportation is extremely convenient, with a monorail directly to Naha Airport. You can walk to Kokusai Street in about fifteen minutes, which is very handy. There are also many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get anywhere.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, small but exquisite.
Facilities: The room has a washer-dryer combo and a microwave. You can buy breakfast at a convenience store and just heat it up in the room's microwave.

MMixuezhouyoushijieingThe room was clean. Two adults and two children stayed in a twin room; we pushed the beds together to create a very large sleeping area. The bathroom was convenient for showering, offering both a bathtub and a separate, quite spacious shower, almost like those found in a public bathhouse.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant once. For a business hotel, it was perfectly adequate with no issues. However, it wasn't quite on par with the breakfast we later had at the Vessel Hotel in American Village.
It was convenient to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. Right downstairs from the hotel is a specialty shop selling Yukishio (snow salt), and their ice cream and chocolate crunch cookies were delicious. The hotel is very close to Calbee, just a 10-minute walk to Ryukyu no Ushi, and Sushiro is conveniently located right across the street.
Getting a taxi to Tomari Port was also easy. Rubio Department Store is very close by, and it's also convenient for visiting popular breakfast cafes.

The room was okay—simple but comfortable, and it had a large bed which was great for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a few inconveniences. The TV remote control was in Japanese, which made it difficult to use, especially for someone not familiar with the language. Another downside was the parking situation. There was no free parking available, so I had to pay for the car park each day, which added to the overall cost of the stay. While the room met basic expectations, a few small improvements could have made the experience much better.

We appreciated being able to access the hotel elevators directly from the hallway without having to go through the lobby. The hotel's flowers were also beautifully in bloom. Thank you!

CCurious TravellerHotel is by the waterfront , but under the highway and away from kokusai Dori. Initial feeling for us was not good as there were some large oil tanks next to the hotel, and the area looked somewhat industrial. There are about 30 parking spaces in the hotel and it costs ¥1500 per night. Stepping into the hotel is a different experience as there are many paintings and artwork on the first floor. The lobby also fantastic view facing the sea and sunset. We stayed on the highest floor (6f ) but I think a lower level could have been better as the highway above seems so close that it appeared in all of the photos taken from the balcony. The room was a bit small, but the interior and furniture were still quite new. You can also go to the rooftop for a beautiful view of Naha at night. The corridor leading to the rooms was probably the least attractive. It is opened air and had water everywhere as it had rained. It was also somewhat dirty and had spider webs in the corridors as well as the balcony of our room. The hotel offers some amenities for pick up in the lobby during check in. Water refills also available in the lobby and rooftop.

OOceane JCI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all.
The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk.
Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!

AAnonymous UserThe advantage is that the rooms are very spacious, but you have to book a more expensive room type. The balcony view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset. Although it's a port, the water features and swimming pools below the commercial building are lit up at night, which actually looks pretty good. There's a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is very handy. The hot spring is nice, they gave us tickets, though the pools aren't particularly large.
The downside is that the location is a 15-minute walk from the light rail, but it's close to the beach. Housekeeping is every two days; if you want it daily, you have to pay, but they do provide two days' worth of amenities and water, so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was awful, the quality was subpar, and the restaurant looked two grades below the hotel itself. There are also quite a few tour groups at this hotel because many Japanese people stay here for the hot springs. The front desk staff's English was terrible; I couldn't understand their 'curry accent,' I think they were Nepalese.
