"The place was good, but a lil bit disappointed as there were no basic condiments for cooking. The bathroom sink was clogged, it take a lot of time to have the water drain, same as well with the tub. Additionally the bidet, its 5 out of 10 for us, WYKYK hehe. But all in all experience it was 7/10 near from Starbucks, cafeteria and 7/11. We might go back again. Thank you!🥰"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Iloilo, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Roz was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely accommodating from the moment we booked until check-out. Her communication was excellent, always replying quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including cutlery, cooking utensils, a washer, TV with Netflix, hair dryer, extension cords with multiple power outlets, and even a laundry drying rack. Every item was in excellent working condition, which made the apartment feel truly like a home away from home. The room was spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. One of our favorite features was the balcony — a decent size with a lovely constant breeze that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really stood out was how effortless and comfortable the entire experience felt. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, clean, functional, and guest-friendly. If you are considering staying here, don’t overthink it — just book it. "I booked this hotel for my mom because the website said breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. However, I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. It would have been a small but thoughtful touch to make guests feel more welcome.
