"Always a fan of Seda hotels. Before, I was in Seda Vertis so I was excited to discover there was a Seda Atria in Iloilo. As expected, this is my favorite hotel in Iloilo. Excellent service, clean rooms, and also good, solid WiFi, which has been surprisingly difficult in Iloilo area."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room is big and clean, same with the published photos. Has a nice pool and the attendants were courteous. There’s a nice view at the 7th floor where the pool is located. I requested for a late check-out since our flight got delayed, and we were allowed to stay another 2 hrs, free of charge. We truly appreciate it."

"The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place"

"Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. "Everything was good; check-in was fast, and the room had everything I needed. Surprisingly, it wasn't hot even without the air conditioning on (though there was one, I just didn't use it). The hotel is located right next to a shopping center where you can find everything you need. Breakfast was very simple – not a buffet, but a portion of rice, nuggets, and an egg, plus 3-in-1 coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!"
