"Top notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot."

"First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended"

"We really had a nice stay although we had some misunderstanding between the app and onsite. We booked a double bed but when we arrived we were given bunk bed. The hotel managed to find us a new room. Thanks to them. We encountered some problems during the stay but the staff were willing to provide assistance immediately. Location is good and convenient! Rooms are okay for the price you paid. Cheap but comfortable!"

"Excellent service. They let us check in early as the room is already ready. Breakfast is plated but has options and is very good. Staff at the front desk, Kat, is very charming and professional. "In general, I had a very good stay. My room was great, especially considering the price and overall value. As many people have mentioned before, the elevators can be a bit slow, but honestly, it was not too bad. The mini golf is only one hole, so expectations should be realistic. The pool was quite crowded, but interestingly, the Jacuzzis were not as full (with water) as I expected. That said, they could definitely be improved: the water could be warmer, and it would be nice if they actually produced bubbles. At the moment, they feel more like large, half-filled ponds than real Jacuzzis. As far as I understood, there are no pool towels available, so guests probably need to bring towels from their room. The gym was okay. The equipment is definitely on the older side, but it still works, and you can still get a decent workout in. Other than these small points, everything was pretty much perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back."

For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"The renovated room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom, perfect for families. It even came equipped with kitchen facilities and a washing machine, which was a huge plus for tackling several days' worth of dirty clothes. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't have a spin-dry function, and there was no dryer or even a place to hang clothes. The bathroom amenities were plentiful, and they even provided complimentary soap and lotion, replenishing them almost daily. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs. However, our room was on a lower floor, so the view was just average. The hotel's rooftop boasts a pool and a gym, both requiring room card access. The drinks at the bar next to the pool were reasonably priced and looked great. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset by the pool in the evening – it was really nice."

"The overall place is decent, however, the linen cover seems to have already been used due to its pungent odour. Every time we asked for room service, it just made the whole room smell worse as the mop used to clean the room likely had not been changed or cleaned. There was even a time when the cleaner took the money that had been left out in the open by the table, although we were going to tip anyway, it is just concerning that they’d take whatever money’s left out without having prior knowledge of whether the money is going to be given. What if it had been someone else's money or a larger amount than usual?"
