"This is an average hotel, but the location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and dining. What truly stands out is their exceptional management and service. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very attentive, always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are spotless, the hallways are pristine, and it's very quiet. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, and there were security guards who opened the doors for guests entering and exiting. The room was spacious and smelled lovely. It's close to the airport, only about a 10-minute ride by ride-sharing app. It's also super convenient for SM Mall, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The breakfast the next day was fantastic and had a great variety, especially suitable for Chinese guests, with items like siu mai, braised chicken feet, and congee. The food tasted really good."

"I was very satisfied with the facilities and service. However, being a light sleeper, the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit in the next room disturbed my sleep, and I found it inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym. There are many shopping malls and various restaurants nearby for dining out, but the room also had kitchenware, which was great for cooking. I visit Manila frequently, and I'd like to stay here again in the future."

"This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!"

"Our stay was excellent and truly felt like home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the complete amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. It is perfect for families, offering plenty of comfort and space at an affordable price. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Manila Bay from the balcony, which made our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. "It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits. I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines."

"Great room and cozy. Space is big enough for traveler with 2 people. Just one thing should advise is the heater water was not stable. Either too hot or too cold, can't get the preferred temperature when during shower."

"The location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good. From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful."

"The view from the window is good. The room is clean, but not very pleasant because of ants and one cockroach. And the kitchen area was generally unpleasant. There's a large shopping center around the hotel, which might brighten up your stay; otherwise, you'll encounter a lot of homeless people and street vendors on the street."

"First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended"
