"Great location, close to the city center and many restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful; we had an issue with our assigned room, and they immediately switched it for us without any problems."

"We had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool."

"I was very satisfied with the facilities and service. However, being a light sleeper, the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit in the next room disturbed my sleep, and I found it inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym. There are many shopping malls and various restaurants nearby for dining out, but the room also had kitchenware, which was great for cooking. I visit Manila frequently, and I'd like to stay here again in the future."

"Good place and safe . An excellent customer service very helpful for a person whose flight is too early in the morning to request for Rhianna’s breakfast to be packed . Perfect swimming pool for senior and kids are separated. Thanks and highly recommended why? Breakfast buffet is perfect so many selection . Try it and you will be satisfied!"

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food."

"My stay at Valero Grand Suites was great, it has everything you need to make yourself feel home. I requested pan to cook breakfast and it was delivered immediately. But you can also get breakfast buffet at the hotel - if wished. The pool is on the 34th floor and the gym operates 24h. Staff were nice and friendly, location is very nice and easy to walk to greenbelt, ayala triangle park etc."

"The 2 bed bunk room was good, perfect for solo traveler. Amenities is fine, except there's no washing machine. Again for second time around, we got a problem with the tap card that you will use to exit and enter the premises, they gave us the tap card on the last night of our stay, which is supposed to be given at the time you're checking in."
