"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely designed, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Ps. I got upgraded to bigger room at the residence side as my previous room having an issue from the noise of the maintenance. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something to suit different preferences. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Their attitude and hospitality were exceptional across every area. Everyone was warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always welcoming. The level of service really made the stay feel special. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again in my next visit during October."

"We enjoy tge stay, the only problem was we have to wait 2pm for check-in, So we have to roaming around and we get back around 3pm but we have to wait again for the room😅 aside from that everything is good, I like the bed comfy and extra bed is a plus. Good service and the whole staff are friendly and accommodating."

"I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub. The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!"

"The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. However, the bathroom was very very small. The toilet seat was for children size. If these don’t bother you, then staying here is totally worth it. The price is great for the location."

"I regularly stay at five-star properties, and Bayprime hotel stands out as one of the best. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Paranaque , yet the room was whisper-quiet and incredibly peaceful.The executive lounge offered an excellent selection of high-quality breakfast items and evening cocktails. The high-speed Wi-Fi and ergonomic workspace in the room made staying productive effortless. The fitness center is fully equipped with top-tier, modern machinery."

"We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case"

"Overall great location, 711 accessible, same building. Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by. MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food."

"Negatives; the staf has warned my GF about staines; to me was quite tude and inappropriate to both of us. Also they have this written in tooms as terms and conditions and not advertised online(if would have been I would’ve booked different). Pool was ok, mall shopping area close by and 7/11 at the entrance. They also had no drink in the room rule also not advertised online. Complete misleading on trip and online or abusive management. I feeel compelled to disclose as nover ever I had such restrictions for any booking. For this alone I found reason to warn on not to book this location"
