"I booked my stay in Manila through Trip.com and had a really good experience. The booking process was simple and user-friendly, with clear details about the property and location. The price was also reasonable, which made it even better. When I arrived, the place looked exactly like the photos, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and key areas. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would definitely book through Trip.com again in the future."

"Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻 However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service. Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes. Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too. Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :) Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station Enjoy your stay and hope this helps!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were accommodating, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The only concern I noticed was the absence of complimentary coffee in the room, which would have been a nice addition for guests. Hopefully this can be considered in the future. Still, it was a good experience and I appreciate the service provided."

"Nice place and walking distance to US embassy"

"Room was a bit unclean upon check in. There were dried hair in the sink at the entrance. Sink was dirty. No trash bin at the toilet, there used to be 1 in our previous stay. Shower tends to get too hot and water gets very weak esp early morning. No wifi, no tv channel. 3rd extendion gone to waste as there was drilling works the whole day until late night. We ended up leaving and not being able to stay overnight. Request a refund already. Ate Mariz, the hotel attendant was very helpful and friendly, she was able to accommodate us upon check in though it was already around 12midnight."

"This is not a hotel. The appropriate name should be guest house. This is located in a residential area quite close to the JAC Liner Buendia Terminal. Grab Car only costs Php 107. This guest house provides free water and can be easily located when you book a car or food from Grab. The lobby is clean. No elevator to get to the higher floors so get ready to climb up. The room I stayed in barely had water pressure that I had to checkout early and move to another hotel. The staff tried to fix it but the water pressure was still substandard. Should I book here again, I would totally check the shower and the faucet first to make sure that I don't experience the same inconvenience."

"This is probably the best lodging I've ever tried. The place is great for minimal cost. • Area is very clean from the rooms, to hallways, even the bathrooms and outside area. • I booked the shared room option but I got to stay at the room by myself since there are no other guest at the time. • The shower has a heater, great for early morning showers. • Staffs are very friendly. • Walking distance from establishments like fastfood restaurants, LRT Pureza Station, groceries, etc. Overall impression is great."
