"First time booking here and I was very impressed. Before booking, I inquired on-site and the frontdesk staff really helped me with my questions. When I secured my booking, I immediately received confirmation about it. They also allowed late check-ins because I could only go to the hotel after work. ROOM: Very clean and comfortable. BATHROOM/TOILET: Clean, has water heater, all fully functioning WIFI: Decent connection for watching movies and some games SECURITY: My room had 4 locks, made me feel very safe STAFF: Super friendly and helped me with my bag Overall, I will definitely book again soon. I highly recommend this hotel, I had a wonderful stay ♡"

"Loved this hotel! It was the cherry on top of our 3-week vacation in the Philippines! We stayed for one night as a group of three. I booked a triple suite with breakfast for 6200 rubles the day before. It was about a 7-minute drive from the airport, 3 of which the taxi driver spent paying the 39 peso barrier fee for being on airport grounds. When we pulled up, it was absolutely gorgeous! We checked in immediately at 11 AM. We got the suite we requested on the 11th floor, right by the elevator. We walked in and were blown away! The room was super new, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful, with a large bed and a small sofa. We had unlimited drinking water, 3 sodas in the fridge, dishes, a kitchen, coffee/tea, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton pads, and shampoos – all provided free of charge! They even gave us extra sheets and a blanket for the child, also free! The breakfasts were fantastic, even offering pasta with shrimp. There's a beautiful pool on the 3rd floor, and right next door is a huge shopping mall with Nike and Uniqlo, plus a massive grocery store on the -1 floor (where a bottle of rum costs 80 pesos). It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to Intramuros, costing 400 pesos via Grab. They took a 1000 peso deposit, which was returned when we checked out in the morning! The taxi ride to the airport was also 7-10 minutes. The staff were very friendly! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! The best!!!"

"The location is good. The staffs are nice. The place is clean as well. However, I wish they’s spray the room with some kind of air freshener as well. The room smelled like a person’s sweat when you open the door. Good thing I brought a perfume with me to hang in."

"Overall a good stay as its relatively new. Love the couch. Have work desk with adequate lighting. There's korean snacks and drinks but chargeable. Located beside starbucks, jollibean and chowking. Alfamart downstairs. Convenient for quick bites. Downside is that toilet bowl seems clogged. Hotel in a resident tower. Heavy traffic at times."

"Room was a bit unclean upon check in. There were dried hair in the sink at the entrance. Sink was dirty. No trash bin at the toilet, there used to be 1 in our previous stay. Shower tends to get too hot and water gets very weak esp early morning. No wifi, no tv channel. 3rd extendion gone to waste as there was drilling works the whole day until late night. We ended up leaving and not being able to stay overnight. Request a refund already. Ate Mariz, the hotel attendant was very helpful and friendly, she was able to accommodate us upon check in though it was already around 12midnight."

"Location is good but the room is quite old. Staff are friendly but experienced a sad experience which the staff entered my room without proper knocking before hand, though the staff promptly apologized for the incident."

"Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room."

"This is probably the best lodging I've ever tried. The place is great for minimal cost. • Area is very clean from the rooms, to hallways, even the bathrooms and outside area. • I booked the shared room option but I got to stay at the room by myself since there are no other guest at the time. • The shower has a heater, great for early morning showers. • Staffs are very friendly. • Walking distance from establishments like fastfood restaurants, LRT Pureza Station, groceries, etc. Overall impression is great."

"This hotel is centrally located in Malate, with perfect access to convenience stores, Korean supermarkets, and Korean restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and snack bars, etc.) nearby. Above all, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. There are 24-hour front desk staff who provide free towels, tissues, and two bottles of water at any time. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again next time! 😊"
