"Unfortunately, the showerhead in our original room was faulty, so we had to leave that view room. The front desk staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it, but since it couldn't be fixed right away, they had to let us change rooms. We really loved our original room, but the new one was nice too. The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up or down one or two floors. The room was really spacious, and the view from the window was fantastic. Most importantly, we could easily take a tram right outside, and the nearby cafe was great too. The location was really convenient."

"The hotel is very convenient. Most of the attractions are nearby. Even if you take the bus and take the subway, it is convenient to go to the airport. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to train to the hotel. It is super convenient to get to the hotel in a few minutes. After handing over the room, you can put your luggage. At the end, you can finish playing last 𠮶 and then go up to carry your luggage and go to the bathroom to add it."

"Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer."

"Location: About 20 minutes walk from Cormeciu Square. Lato Station is nearby, so it is convenient to use the subway. It's a good 3-minute walk away with a big mart and Eduardo de VII Park is nearby. However, the road from Cormecio Square to the hostel was uphill, so I actively used the bus on the day I used the Lisboa card. Facilities: Laundry/drying room, luggage storage - convenient because it is on the first floor and can be used through the password given. It was nice to have an elevator. The room condition was also satisfactory. I haven't used the kitchen, but it seems that everything is available. Others: The check-in process was conducted through the app/web, so it was nice to know my room number, entrance door, and room password in advance before arriving at the hostel. Quick answer General comment: I was very nervous because I had to check in alone on my first trip to Europe, but thanks to my numa, I was able to start my trip to Europe pleasantly. I think I will find out about Numa brand hotel next time I travel to other European countries"

"The hotel is good, but the check-in process takes a bit of time since it’s done through a machine, which can be confusing as there are several different buildings. Besides that, we stayed on the third floor and had to carry a large suitcase from Level 2 to Level 3. The cleaners did an awesome job, and the hotel facilities such as the washing machine, oven, etc. are definitely a great added value."

"The location is truly fantastic. It's a huge bonus to stay in Lisbon on flat ground without having to climb many stairs or hills. Even though it's an old building, they've provided an elevator. But perhaps the best thing was being offered early check-in – it was a lifesaver for me and my family after traveling two days without sleep. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and having water and coffee available was also great."

"spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again."
