"The apartment was well-equipped to house multiple people, with functional amenities. There is an everyday cleaning service & the location of the apartments is situated close to the city centre (10min by foot) and you have a metro stop (2min) right around the corner. The only tough part was checking in at the kiosk, and getting into the building. (I recommend to call the number at the front door, so they can give you an access code and ask for your reservation number, because if you booked through a thrid party, the booking number is different)"

"The hotel is very convenient. Most of the attractions are nearby. Even if you take the bus and take the subway, it is convenient to go to the airport. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to train to the hotel. It is super convenient to get to the hotel in a few minutes. After handing over the room, you can put your luggage. At the end, you can finish playing last 𠮶 and then go up to carry your luggage and go to the bathroom to add it."

"The room was very good. There is a very complete and large community kitchen. There is also a room to store your luggage if you need it if you arrive before check-in time or if you need it at check-out"

"Unfortunately, the showerhead in our original room was faulty, so we had to leave that view room. The front desk staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it, but since it couldn't be fixed right away, they had to let us change rooms. We really loved our original room, but the new one was nice too. The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up or down one or two floors. The room was really spacious, and the view from the window was fantastic. Most importantly, we could easily take a tram right outside, and the nearby cafe was great too. The location was really convenient."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are very good. But the service is really bad. First, the friend's room can't be done. Find the service staff to wait for a long time! It is very troublesome to check in."

"Awesome apartment that is well equipped for a good stay. I only stayed a night to catch the train from the San Apolonia station, but if needed i would have enjoyed staying here for another few nights. It is situated on a slope so take note you need to drag your luggages up / down. Easy and clear self-check in instructions. The toiletries provided is a all-in-one shower gel and shampoo. My room had a nice morning sun and water view for ab invigorating morning. Although i arrived quite late, there were still a couple of dining options. No luggage storage, but there are many self help lockers near the train station ."

"I though it doesn’t make sense that I checked in 1 person but insisted on charging on me 2 people’s city fees as the property said that it is because of my booking of 2 people, and they couldn’t change the booked people quantity even though I booked the hotel for two nights separately. I had no humanity actually, I hope that rule would be changed. Everything is good except the property fees issue."

"The owner was very kind and it was a comfortable trip! There are a lot of Pakistanis outside the hotel, so if you are worried about noise at night, you may want to be careful."

"It’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜"
