Amazing
Ssusan ᐝAfter Sintra was ”abused” and went to Lisbon to rest, this hotel proved to be a good choice. The location is excellent, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to walk to the river and arco Augusta. The room is spacious, the various additional services provided by the hotel are superb, and I feel like I am back to the domestic hotel, such as drinking water and snacks in the lobby. The hotel also provides free breakfast to the room! The gym on the first floor is also a feature, and the surrounding environment is a Roman ruin! Special thanks to Mr. Nuno from the concierge for quickly arranging a comfortable car for me and a professional driver to safely deliver me to the concierge when I left the hotel to go to the concierge for the day I was forced to give up the pre-booked uber (the driver asked to cancel the order to pay in cash), Also very warmly recommended to me the restaurant he took his family to. In short, the four-night stay was very good and the hotel service was in place.

YYvan LNAmazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

Great
Ppygroundspacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

GGuest UserThe hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.

GGuest UserOverall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at thisserviced apartment hotel in Lisbon and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen and a spacious living area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax or get some work done. Overall, this was a great place to stay, offering both the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

GGuest UserThe front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. However, the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly and was never fixed during my stay. The hotel is also a bit far from the old town, costing about 11 euros by Uber.

XXiaolangalexI stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.
