During our three-night stay in Lisbon, one of our family members suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis in the evening around 8 p.m. We called the front desk, and a staff member immediately came to our room and helped us identify the most suitable hospital. After we decided where to go, we went down to the lobby to take a taxi. To our surprise, the front desk manager Andre personally came to us and asked if we needed him to accompany us to the hospital. We were deeply touched and gladly accepted his kind offer. Because of communication issues between our insurance company and the hospital, we had to switch to another hospital. Throughout the process, the manager patiently coordinated with the hospital and ensured we were safely transferred and properly received. He stayed with us until we were registered and had an appointment with the emergency doctor before returning to the hotel. We are truly grateful to all the hotel staff—the front desk team, restaurant staff, and even the tour guide—for their exceptional care and support. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Lisbon.

The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too. It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away?? All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time.

This is a great hotel right by the sea. It's within walking distance to the aquarium and very close to the airport. The breakfast was good. The room carpet was a bit dirty, and the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, which felt a bit unusual.

Overall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:) Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)

The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

It was very nice. I stayed for two days to visit Cabo da Roca and stroll along the beach. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's only a ten-minute taxi ride, so it's quite convenient. The hotel is small but beautiful, exquisite and compact, and even has electrically controlled curtains, which is quite rare.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Avenida da Liberdade, but it's a bit far from the old town, so you'll need to take a bus or a taxi to get there. The room came with standard disposable slippers and even a capsule coffee machine. Overall, the facilities are quite good.

It was actually better than I expected, not as bad as some reviews made it out to be. The location is super convenient for shopping. The front desk staff was just okay, nothing special, but they did help with all my questions.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon
