GGuest UserIt’s my mom’s best birthday trip ever. We felt warm and have an amazing stay in the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. They made different kinds of cakes, tarts and pies every morning. Even there’s any issues or problems w your room, they always tried their best to make sure you have everything perfect.

HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Orient railway station, but the cobblestone streets make it a bit challenging with luggage. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 10 minutes. The hotel building is new, and the lobby on the ground floor is quite simple. The room was an upgraded business hotel style, with all the essentials and basic furnishings. The room offered sea views and sunrise. When I tried to borrow an umbrella on my way out, I was told they were all lent out.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at Masa Hotel spa combo grande collection .The breakfast was really nice and great way to start your day, and the amenities were excellent — guests can use the spa, gym, sauna, and bath facilities, which made the stay more enjoyable. Although the location is a bit far from some of the main attractions, it is still reasonably convenient since they can be easily reached by metro. Cleaning was generally okay, but the shower drain in our room was not working very well, which was a bit inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe room was cozy, the view from the window was beautiful, and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff were very nice. Everything from the oven to the washing machine and dishwasher was provided. I would definitely choose this place again. The only thing I wasn't used to was the way the sheets were set up: sheet-duvet-sheet-mattress. It was a bit awkward trying to avoid touching the duvet directly. It would be perfect if there was an extra sheet under the duvet.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

GGuest UserHotel ligt in een veilige buurt. Grootste politiebureau van de stad ligt heel dichtbij. Is ong 6min lopen op winkelstraat met hele dure merken mocht je hiervan zijn. 10 min lopen heb je ook ontbijt/ lunch plekjes. Het ligt niet centraal naar de stad maar met uber of openbaar vervoer goed te doen. Zwembad op het dak aanwinst. Enige nadeel wat ik vanuit hotel aandacht punt vind zijn handdoeken er worden te weinig gelegd want boven heb je geen handdoek service. Dus je moet de handdoeken vanuit je kamer meenemen als je gaat zwemmen. En daarna douchen heb je geen handdoek meer over. Verder was ontbijt ook prima in het hotel wel elke dag hetzelfde open buffet en geen variatie maar met gezin met kids wel handig dat deze optie er is. Ook genoeg spellen in de lobby ook veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ze hebben dus ook een strijkijzer te leen. Dit was voor ons echt een grote PLUS. De schoonmakers waren ook heel goed! Kamer superschoon elke keer. Wel zou ik komende gasten adviseren om slippers meenemen het is een tapijten vloer. Enige vond ik die niet zo zuiver eruit zien. Familiekamer wel heel groot super fijn!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.
