GGuest UserIt’s my mom’s best birthday trip ever. We felt warm and have an amazing stay in the hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious. They made different kinds of cakes, tarts and pies every morning. Even there’s any issues or problems w your room, they always tried their best to make sure you have everything perfect.

FFrancesco iacono123We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel. Fantastic location, river view room on the 21st floor, super breakfast with quality products. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent. If we return to Lisbon, we will definitely choose the Myriad again.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:) Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! GGuest UserI chose a room with a balcony. While not huge, the layout was compact and felt very cozy. It had basic kitchenware and a washing machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily; only trash bags and towels were changed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a balcony for morning stretches and breakfast was delightful. Of course, the location is excellent, right by a subway entrance and within walking distance to Freedom Square. Perfect!

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

GGuest UserHotel ligt in een veilige buurt. Grootste politiebureau van de stad ligt heel dichtbij. Is ong 6min lopen op winkelstraat met hele dure merken mocht je hiervan zijn. 10 min lopen heb je ook ontbijt/ lunch plekjes. Het ligt niet centraal naar de stad maar met uber of openbaar vervoer goed te doen. Zwembad op het dak aanwinst. Enige nadeel wat ik vanuit hotel aandacht punt vind zijn handdoeken er worden te weinig gelegd want boven heb je geen handdoek service. Dus je moet de handdoeken vanuit je kamer meenemen als je gaat zwemmen. En daarna douchen heb je geen handdoek meer over. Verder was ontbijt ook prima in het hotel wel elke dag hetzelfde open buffet en geen variatie maar met gezin met kids wel handig dat deze optie er is. Ook genoeg spellen in de lobby ook veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ze hebben dus ook een strijkijzer te leen. Dit was voor ons echt een grote PLUS. De schoonmakers waren ook heel goed! Kamer superschoon elke keer. Wel zou ik komende gasten adviseren om slippers meenemen het is een tapijten vloer. Enige vond ik die niet zo zuiver eruit zien. Familiekamer wel heel groot super fijn!
