"Check-in was fast and good, same as check-out, hotel little old and not a 5 stars hotel at all, breakfast less than average, water too much bad smelly and you cannot take shower because the smell. Hotel need a lot of renovation to be called as 5 stars."

"I stayed for one night on a room-only plan. I dropped off my luggage before check-in, and the process was very smooth. The hotel lobby had high ceilings, creating a very open and spacious atmosphere. Some people were working in the co-working space with outlets, while others were relaxing in large armchairs. Needless to say, the room itself was excellent. Complimentary water, soda, and nuts were provided, and amenities like the shower, body soap, conditioner, toothbrush, and hairdryer were perfect. I could also connect my phone to the TV and enjoy my favorite content. The pool was beautiful, and I could see the iconic Museum of the Future from there. I got a bit lost trying to find the hotel entrance, but a staff member kindly guided me."

"Due to my own reasons, I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, prepared to check in in the afternoon or pay extra for early check-in. However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM. All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches. Hotel guests can share these facilities, which is very convenient. Our room package included two meals. I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one. We picked Rockfish, and the food was Michelin-level, which we were very satisfied with."
