Choosing Pullman for the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 proved to be excellent value for money. As a luxury international chain hotel by Erhai Lake, my simple review can be summarized in three points. Firstly, the hotel quality: the location is superb, the new facilities offer a full sense of technology, and the bedding and bathrooms are impeccable. The electric blackout blinds are convenient and efficient. Secondly, the service: Front Office Manager Xiao Ma provided us with incredible surprises for our trip. From room upgrades to additional value-added experiences and travel planning, she genuinely cared for every guest. Lastly, the dining: We stayed for four days and had rice noodles at the Chinese restaurant and two meals at the Thai restaurant, which speaks volumes about the hotel's dining standards. Finally, the hotel's impressive wall of awards is truly well-deserved.
