I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a beautiful view, and it was absolutely worth it! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view where I could enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay — simply superb! What made the experience even more special was the excellent hospitality. I arrived quite late at around 10pm, and the staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He was actually waiting for me to arrive and personally picked me up to bring me to the hotel. After such a long journey, that warm welcome really meant a lot and made me feel well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The service was genuinely friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the effort they put into making my stay comfortable. It’s not just the beautiful room and view, but also the little personal touches and warm hospitality that made this stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, beautiful views, and genuinely good hospitality. I would happily stay here again on my next visit!"
