"I loved this place, especially my booked room. The room is really comfortable and the view is amazing (You can see the Erhai Lake from your own balcony). I really enjoyed sitting at the balcony and watched the view quietly. Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the hotel, but the front desk guy will help you with the luggages. The hotel is located 10-min away from the railway station, but a bit far from the tourist attractions. You will have to take Didi to visit the Three pagodas or the ancient town."

"My 15-day vacation has come to an end, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I particularly want to highlight their facilities and cleanliness. The facilities are truly excellent. The room features smart home control, allowing you to open/close curtains and adjust lighting with just a voice command – very high-tech. The bedding is high-thread-count, soft and gentle on the skin, and the pillows are just the right height, especially comfortable for those with neck issues. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very convenient to use. The shower has strong and consistent water pressure, which I really appreciate. I must especially praise the cleanliness of the room; as a neat freak, I was extremely comfortable! As soon as I entered the room, I felt at ease. The floor was spotless, even when walking barefoot, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and tidy, and the sink, shower, and toilet were all impeccably clean. Even the inside of the kettle was free of scale, which made my stay very reassuring. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for transportation. Taxis can drop you right at the hotel entrance, which is something I value most because dragging luggage over the cobblestone streets of the old city is a real hassle. Having experienced that on my last visit, I specifically chose this hotel where taxis can directly access. The service staff were also friendly and courteous. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends."

"A Wonderful Stay Made Special by the People We are a group of six travelers from Thailand and booked three rooms for two nights at Yuntang Luxury Resort Hotel Dali. Our stay was truly memorable, and we were very impressed with the hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and have a genuine sense of luxury. However, what impressed us the most was the people. From check-in to breakfast service, the staff were attentive, friendly, and communicated with us very clearly. They took great care of us throughout our stay. "What a fantastic stay! This hotel boasts a great location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. We loved it so much that we extended our one-day stay by another three days. **Great Location:** Step out the door and turn left, and you're out of the old town in less than 100 meters. Public transport, tourist lines, taxis, private car hires, and electric scooter rentals are all readily available, making getting around incredibly convenient. Turn right and walk straight, and you're in the heart of the old town. It's super easy to visit attractions during the day and explore the old town at night. **Excellent Facilities:** The hardware facilities are all in pristine condition. The rooms feature smart voice control, and the toiletries provided are very comfortable to use. The hotel has three floors, but there's a large platform on the fourth floor where you can relax, chat, and enjoy the old town's night view and the starry sky. In the mornings, you can take in the views of Cangshan Mountain and catch a glimpse of Erhai Lake from the platform – it's a wonderful feeling. **Top-notch Service:** In short, the owner is thoughtful, the staff are dedicated, and the service is attentive. After check-in, two young ladies kindly helped us carry our large and heavy suitcase up to the third floor – much appreciated! For breakfast, there are three options: Western, Chinese, or rice noodles, or you can mix and match. In the afternoon, there's a lovely afternoon tea set, which our child absolutely adored. I asked the butler for information on Dali's attractions, and they provided me with maps of both the attractions and the old town, along with detailed descriptions. The butler even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dali."

This time I chose this homestay mainly because the traffic is more convenient. After all, this time I stayed in Dali for a long time. It was next to Cangshan Gate and close to March Street. The hardware of the homestay is very good, the mattress pillows are moderately hard and soft, the curtains are shading, the overall sound insulation of the room is no problem, not close to the street, so it is not too noisy, Hansgrohe shower, water temperature and water pressure are very stable. The hair dryer and even the ironing machine in the room are prepared, and the hardware is very pleasant. I didn't expect the service to be so dizzying that it can be pulled down. First of all, we took the car from Tengchong on the first day. We arrived at the store at 19:30. Before we arrived at the store, we added WeChat to pull the group. The group included 7 people in my total. The young man who entertained did not report his name and did not introduce the surroundings of the hotel. Just breakfast came up a bowl of rice noodles, a little salad, three steamed corn, a piece of bacon, a poached egg, no milk and no drinks, compared to the Dali Tengchong B&B breakfast in the past, the breakfast is poor level, (afterwards, we can ask, If you ask, there are several choices for breakfast, you can also ask for bread, coffee, milk, no because you don't want it, well, guests should eat 38 rice noodles if they don't ”make”). I don't think I want to pay for the child's breakfast. After all, we are not bringing a three-year-old child. The reservation is truthfully registered. Stayed for three days, the second day, the towel was changed, the trash can was not cleaned, the slippers were not changed, and the bed was not flat. On the third day, I asked them to clean again in the afternoon, because I went to the market in the morning and came back to rest. I didn’t go out at 12 o’clock. I didn’t clean it directly. The reason was that I couldn’t enter the room without the consent of the guests. So how did the towels be replaced the next day? The hotel afternoon tea included in the room rate, asked on the first night, said that if you need to eat at night, you can leave the cake to you, and now you are baking the cake at night (hehe, what cake needs to be baked overnight, which variety is Basque mousse? The lobby had a coffee machine and a microwave, and there was a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to get to Dali Ancient City.
