We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that combines Chinese tradition in its outside design with modern rooms inside. The people working there are super-friendly and helpful which put the cherry on the cake. Also, the breakfast they served was quite unique and very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.

It is within walking distance of the Jianchuan Museum. The boss was enthusiastic and proactive in providing electric bicycles, but they were not used. The indoor and outdoor areas were clean and tidy, and the storage was monitored and safe for 90 days.

The room is super spacious for family 4 of us. The manager is very helpful to assist for our transportation/ticketing to cable railway station and hot spring.. Bbq Dinner at the hotel is superb. Highly recommended for family stays.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

Clean and comfortable room with very good beds, warm quilts and a choice of pillows. The hot springs were great and the service staff excellent. There are more than one hot spring pools. Breakfast was very good with a very large selection of foods. The standard was very high. The only thing which we felt wasn’t great was the noise of children screaming all over the resort and the incessant fireworks until around 10pm. That is not the hotel’s fault, but their guests. I’m not sure what could be done to improve this, as it affects all guests. I would stay here again though, for sure. The proximity to Xiling Snow Mountain (20 minutes by car), the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast are all a big plus!

The environment exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean. There was a creek and woods outside the window. The lady boss was super nice and provided breakfast. I originally planned to stay one night, but after playing in the creek downstairs, I didn't want to leave, so I stayed another night.

Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms and a relaxing environment with nice garden views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent for visiting Anren Ancient Town and nearby museums, though it is a bit far from central Chengdu. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend for a quiet getaway or family trip.

This hotel is nice and has a decent room size with all the basic necessities. The room is quite outdated but it was very comfortable and does the job. We stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed where it is located as it has a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel has hotsrping as well which becomes cold spring in summer.

We happy with the pick up service and the front desk staffs too...they are very helpful and do allow us to check in a bit earlier... appreciated so much ànd thankful for they kind help.
