MMikaP9292The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs, on the first floor there's a coffee shop (Cotti Coffee) which was very convenient for a coffee lover like myself. I'm quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel.

Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions!
