However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The enormous 2.2-meter bed is both wide and soft, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning after a tiring journey, completely alleviating travel fatigue. Complimentary drinks and fresh fruit are provided daily. The disposable toiletries and in-room amenities are thoughtfully chosen and of high quality, easily surpassing most five-star hotels. Every detail reflects genuine care. The location is its biggest highlight. It's just a stone's throw from the high-speed train station, making early morning trains or late-night returns incredibly stress-free. What's even more remarkable is its peaceful setting amidst the hustle and bustle; despite being next to a transportation hub, it's exceptionally quiet, completely free from the usual noise and chaos around train stations. My rest was absolutely undisturbed. The exclusive independent courtyard is simply captivating. Lush greenery and beautiful flowers are scattered throughout. After work, a stroll in the courtyard instantly washes away work stress. It's perfect for short layovers, business meetings, or extended business trips. Both the value for money and the stay experience are top-notch. Xingyue will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, an unconditional five-star recommendation!

The location is superb, just next to Yintai City, it is convenient to go shopping and eat. The coffee in the lobby is very healing, and the front desk is warm and freshly ground coffee. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, the breakfast was complete and the taste was not bad. Previously, they used Jing Tian water, but now they use green Nongfu Spring water. Everyone knows that green Nongfu Spring water tastes the worst, and it's cheap too. Since opening, the price has been rising higher and higher, and the service has become increasingly shoddy. It's not like it's a cheap hotel; for a hotel in a third-tier city like Bengbu, this price is considered mid-to-high-end. The soundproofing is also mediocre; I can hear karaoke music coming from somewhere late at night. I've stayed here three times, and this time the cleanliness is the worst. There was a water bottle cap from the previous guest on the floor, and the bathroom mat and towels were dirty and yellowish. Under what kind of management can a hotel deteriorate so much?

The overall local is really good, but there is still a gap between the service awareness and the five-star. At that time, I went to check in. There was a female staff member at the front desk. Because there was a guest standing at the front desk to answer the phone, I waited patiently at the back for a few minutes. The front desk did not help the front guests. I didn’t say hello to me when I checked in, so I didn’t say anything. I just had to vomit. Now I have a clear rule for staying in the hotel. I don’t need to force the face to register. They still have to.

I have stayed in the hotel with the best service and environment in Wuhe. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the service attitude of the front desk. They always smiled when talking to me, which was very kind. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night. If I come to Wuhe for business again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice!!!

All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind.
