However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The location is absolutely a business traveler's dream. It's just a 2-minute walk from the high-speed train station, so no more rushing and worrying about missing your train. Being close to the university town means plenty of options for dinner and late-night snacks, with tons of food choices around. This stay was full of pleasant surprises. The hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in – such a warm touch, with attention to every detail. The front desk had a complete range of disposable toiletries, which was incredibly practical and solved the problem of forgetting essentials when traveling. I also happened to catch the room after it had been upgraded with brand new MLILY zero-pressure mattresses and pillows. The zero-pressure sleep experience was soft yet supportive; after a long day, I instantly relaxed when I lay down and slept soundly all day, with all my fatigue gone. There were also two chirpy, adorable little birds in the lobby, which were very therapeutic while waiting to check in and added a lovely ambiance. This hotel is perfect for both short layovers and business trips. It's already on my permanent list, and Starry Hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip!

Previously, they used Jing Tian water, but now they use green Nongfu Spring water. Everyone knows that green Nongfu Spring water tastes the worst, and it's cheap too. Since opening, the price has been rising higher and higher, and the service has become increasingly shoddy. It's not like it's a cheap hotel; for a hotel in a third-tier city like Bengbu, this price is considered mid-to-high-end. The soundproofing is also mediocre; I can hear karaoke music coming from somewhere late at night. I've stayed here three times, and this time the cleanliness is the worst. There was a water bottle cap from the previous guest on the floor, and the bathroom mat and towels were dirty and yellowish. Under what kind of management can a hotel deteriorate so much?

It was more than 11 o'clock when I went there. The result was that there was no window room. I wanted to upgrade the room type at the front desk, but I said that there was no smoke in the room. The bed was very clean. There was free breakfast but I didn’t eat the lobby. It was suitable for taking pictures and retro.

The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
