The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

1. Overall, a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

I drive to the county to eat barbecue at night. It’s quite close for about 15 minutes. The private soup in the room is very good. The staff will release the water in advance. But after soaking in the private soup, I want to take a bath. The bath water is only hot for a minute. It has always been cold water. The customer service reply is slow at night. It may be off work. There was no activity the next day, so I went straight away. Basically, I could play with a bath and a walk. The price was expensive because it was a bit boring. The environment is not bad, you can take pictures.
