GGuest UserToo loud to sleep!!! The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

NNikiBaeA very clean, cozy, and modern place to stay. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s a great choice if you’re specifically visiting the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Even though we only stayed for two nights, the room was excellent. They even had a kitchen, which was a nice bonus. There’s no bottled water provided in the room, but water, coffee, and snacks are available in the lobby on the ground floor. Overall, a lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Llazybones.vxlIt’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall. The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.

GGuest UserAfter checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.
