"The only downside I would say is that in the recent heat wave, this room is a bit hot. Other than that, I feel like I have everything I need from this room. It's close to the metro, there's a supermarket literally 3 min away and city center is like 20 min walk if you don't want to take the metro."

"The hotel provides a hairdryer and a kettle. It's clean and housekeeping is very prompt. There's a huge mall right next door that has pretty much everything. Walking from the main station with luggage is a bit of a trek, but you can take the light rail, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Being so close to the tracks, you can hear the train at night, which might be a little noisy. Breakfast is plentiful, with a great variety of breads to choose from."

"The hotel is split into North and South wings, connected by an underground passage. It's quite a large hotel, so expect to do a fair bit of walking. Like other Maritime hotels, the complimentary bottle of mineral water given at check-in needs to be carried back to your room yourself. What I found really hard to understand was having to collect breakfast vouchers from the front desk every day, multiple times. The highlight, however, was the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient, despite the large number of guests dining daily. I highly recommend Robert's, an Italian restaurant located nearby."

"The lobby is beautiful and upscale. Free iced lemon water, croissants, and apples are available all day. The elevators always wait with their doors open, making it easy for guests to step right in; you need your room card to go up to the guest floors anyway. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, adorned with tasteful black and white photos depicting local scenes. The food selection is good, though not overly extensive. A special touch is the honeycomb available with the honey. The hot food section offers warm plates, and empty dishes are cleared promptly, giving it an English service feel. In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are open. The room itself is clean and well-maintained. The layout is practical for storing belongings. The bedding is relatively new, freshly laundered and neatly pressed. The towels are also quite new. While daily room cleaning isn't provided, they do clean and change all duvet covers, sheets, and towels after three days. For transportation, within a few hundred meters, you'll find the subway, bus, and main train station. There's also a large shopping mall (besides clothing and daily necessities, it features various restaurants, beverage counters, a supermarket, and at least two Chinese restaurants offering noodles, steamed buns, etc.). The famous Stuttgart City Library, a popular spot, is right next to the mall. The hotel's surroundings are filled with new, beautiful, and modern buildings, offering pleasant views."

"The hotel was great; it was close to the station, the room was spacious, and it had both a shower and a bathtub. However, I received an email saying I could check in online after the check-in time, but when I went there about 20 minutes later, I was told the room wasn't ready yet. Also, the musty smell of the shower curtain filled the shower room, which was quite unpleasant."

"An excellent hotel for both its facilities but mainly by the super friendly welcome of the personnel. Amazing service care from a French guy managing the lobby !! To highly recommand."

"A lovely designed apartment hotel, within walking distance to the Stuttgart city centre with transport at your doorstep. The staff were the most disinterested I have ever encountered at a hotel, complete lack of regard for customer service. We had booked a one bedroom apartment for three people, the first apartment didn’t have space for a fold out bed. The second apartment didn’t but the fold out was set up even though it was obviously broken and lopsided. The insulation was terrible, we were able to hear doors slamming all night along with people’s voices, coming through the interconnecting doors. The TV didn’t work and took time to be resolved. Again the front desk staff were not reactive to solving the situation. And the cleaning in the bathroom could have been significantly better too from previous guests."

"Pros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic. Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working."

"The lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!"

"room was modern with comfortable bed. it was not warm but still the air conditioning was working well. room was on higher floor on the side of a busy road but windows were with excellent double glazing and blocked the noise.  transport connectivity was good and can reach by U 6 or U7 trains in about 5 mins. room rates were also very attractive"
