MMarsHHI highly recommend Novotel Deauville Plage in Deauville! The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, a few minutes walk to the beach, and the view is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern design, and the balcony has a sea view, which is very relaxing. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, which is perfect for a holiday. The staff is warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out were very smooth, and they were also very enthusiastic to answer our questions. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and is also very good quality, especially the local cheeses and pastries are amazing. The view from the restaurant and terrace on the top floor is first-class, and it is especially enjoyable to have a drink there in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Deauville!

HHanyangyuSelf-driving is more convenient, parking is convenient, we set the attic room, the bed is very comfortable, the hotel breakfast highlight is a variety of bread and fruit is very rich, many locals will come here on weekends, although the pool is small but the water temperature is very comfortable, If you mind that the faucet is hard to drink directly, you can pick up bottled water at the gym. The hotel environment is very good and you can stroll around leisurely.

GGuest UserThe hotel was located next to the harbour, the room was very clean and had fridge, tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was a continental buffet with a variety of cheese, meats, bread, fruit, and cereals. A short walk from the hotel is a large selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
This hotel offers excellent value for money along with an excellent location to explore Cherbourg.

The location is really well located, near the station, shops and the beach.
Take care to bring your shampoo and toothbrush back (the toothbrush is not provided) and for my part I didn't appreciate the shampoo/douche gel made available

Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking)
The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️
Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

GGuest UserHotel is not bad, French chain, quasi three stars, room is small, breakfast is ok. About 10 minutes from Kaoang Railway Station, we walk about 40 minutes. Because the city does not seem to be big, so walk to the World War II Memorial for about 40 minutes, when the city should be built in the subway, it looks a bit messy. There is a Chinese restaurant selling beef noodles nearby, which is quite authentic and the price is great.
