Excellent hotel with everything done right. Hotel room was set up nicely, with sizable computer work area, comfortable king size bed, big screen TV, refrigerator and microwave with hot plate available on request. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Everything clean and working. Only ding is because housekeeping never came and we were there three days, though as it turned out we didn't need anything. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with nice people. The room was confortable and clean. The train is closed to the hotel. Only one bad thing: the car Park was very expensive. Should be indicated in the hotel description.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Especially the bartender. He was an ABSOLUTE gem!!! Honestly, if it weren't for him, I don't think we'd have enjoyed our stay as much as we did. And we weren't the only group to say such during our stay!! He was literally the highlight. Especially since we got the one room we specifically asked NOT to have--a corner room at the end of a corridor furthest from the elevators and front door. Also, when we checked out, there was some issue with a forgotten item in the room. The process to go and get it was made overly complicated by the front desk staff and resulted in three separate trips back up to the room because the key cards they gave weren't working. Honestly, one of the staff could have simply accompanied or something after coming back down the first time. The other not-so-fun thing was the lack of communication about the charge for parking. We were absolutely stunned and floored that we had to pay at all. It was not mentioned during check-in or anything, but was absolutely mentioned during check-out. Ugh! Honestly, would stay again if our Mr. Irish bartender is still there. Otherwise, may try around for other hotels instead.

Overall the stay was fine. The front desk staff checking in and out was very rude which was unfortunate as there was no issues or any type of issue for her to be rude. The pool had a few pieces of trash that were there for two days straight And the pool had So.Much.Hair. In the pool and around the edges of the pool. Kinda confusing where all the hair came from but it was gross. As I stated about that overall it was fine, just not great and the experience did not reflect the price for a stay that is less than 24 hours.

This is a great go to hotel for a nice room at as reasonable of a price you can get in Boston. Good restaurants around it and easy to take the Subway from the airport to access it.

This hotel is located in the business district, close to the subway station. If you drive yourself, you can get on the highway in 2 minutes. The location is very convenient. The rooms inside the hotel are spacious, clean and hygienic. It is a perfect choice.

It's actually quite average. Overall, it's ok to stay. The room price has increased. This is the only way to stay. However, they have a front desk 💰 that can't explain clearly. There are no slippers. Cleaning is done once every 3 days. It's OK. It's quite suburban. You need to bring enough things. It's not hot. There are no shops nearby. The environment of the shop is as shown. The yogurt is OK (〃'▽'〃)

It's just an ordinary business hotel, just stay for a while, it's very quiet, but the room facilities are a bit old, but the bedding and everything are clean, overall it's good, nothing to complain about

I love this hotel I stay here everytime I come to Massachusetts but the room 301 we had need some work done. So the pullout bed wouldn’t go back in for us. The bathroom towel hanger was broken as shown in picture. The knob in the tub very loose otherwise we had a good one night sleep over.
