Being able to lie down and sleep is truly a must-have during long journeys, much more comfortable than sitting in a chair all night (there are still plenty of rows of chairs for travelers to rest on at Suvarnabhumi Airport's B1 level). A few tips: 1. There are shower rooms, but they come with an extra charge. I didn't ask for the specific price. 2. It's a 4-hour stay. Overtime will be charged at 350 Thai Baht per hour. 3. It's very quiet. Personally, I didn't experience the noise issues that some online reviews mentioned, preventing sleep. 4. There are quite a few red-eye flights landing in Bangkok between 0:00 and 02:00. It typically takes about an hour to collect luggage, clear customs, and get a tourist SIM card. When booking, you can estimate your arrival time about 1.5 hours after landing. 5. It's located just a short walk past the CITY LINE ticket machines. The food stalls nearby start getting lively and serving breakfast from around 6 AM, so you can grab a bite before taking the City Line into the city after checking out.

Booked this for a layover for my family. The biggest plus is not having to leave the airport or worry about transportation. It's about a 5-minute walk from the arrivals hall, and it's quite busy, so a solo female traveler would feel safe. Check-in was set for 6 PM, and we arrived a bit before that, but the staff member wasn't at their post, so we had to wait a little. I'd recommend arriving exactly at check-in time. As for facilities, I didn't have high expectations; mainly just needed a place to sleep.

Around 2-30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport by taxi(depending on the traffic). The location is so-so. Not much to do nearby without doing a 20 minute hike. The place is fine for the night. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There is a shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi airport for 200 baht regardless of the time of day or night/early morning etc. They have an on-site restaurant with really reasonable prices.
