Bang Phli Hotels with Pools

This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

The environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with complete facilities. The suites are large and spacious, perfect for families, and very clean. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, making it ideal for those traveling to and from the airport. Breakfast is also very rich, especially the boiled eggs which are marked with the cooking time, allowing guests to choose according to their preference (most hotel boiled eggs are overcooked with green yolks, so this detail at this hotel is excellent and impressive). Some of the fixtures in the room are a bit old.

I absolutely loved the airport shuttle service. Running every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, it is incredibly convenient and even allows you to easily pop over to the airport to grab a bite or do some shopping during your stay. The room itself was decent, though I have a few suggestions for improvement. The shower pipe protrudes a bit too much, making it easy to accidentally bump it and change the water temperature or turn it off entirely while showering. Additionally, the blackout curtains and the fabric on the bed frame feel quite outdated and had noticeable stains. Service at the front desk was perfectly fine, but I found the attentiveness of the staff at the doors, lifts, and shuttles to be inconsistent. While I want to offer this feedback constructively, I noticed a distinct difference in the level of proactive service provided. The staff in these areas appeared significantly more welcoming and helpful toward certain guests. I hope management can use this feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality for all visitors regardless of their background.

I booked a parent-child room This hotel is good,  It is very clean at the sight, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and will help with luggage to the room,  I finally gave some tips, in fact, I like the enthusiasm of the Thai service staff. Hotel location is good to find, the surrounding projects are rich, there are pot restaurants, snack shops, hand-shake drinks shops, barbecue stalls, diagonally opposite the massage pharmacy local products shop and supermarket. There is also a vending machine in the hotel lobby. There are tea rooms on each floor, and you can enjoy the food comfortably, whether you order takeaway or buy it back. The surface of the room was very clean. We booked a parent-child room, so there were many toys, but my daughter said that she saw a lot of spider webs and spiders on the grid bed. There were ant ants and pythons on the side of the toilet.  My daughter likes to have hippos dolls.  The only worst thing is the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom in the toilet has no shower curtain. When taking a bath, it will be very wet around. The second is that there is no hook to hang towels and clothes, and there is no rack for hanging toilet paper.  In addition, the water pressure is not very good.

Great stay for a short stopover near the airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We only stayed one night, arriving around 5pm, and used the shuttle bus from the airport both ways which was easy to arrange (300 baht for three of us each way). It was actually nice to return here after first staying during the COVID “test & go” period – completely different experience now and much more relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant and pool, which was ideal as we could keep everything on site without needing to go out. Perfect if you just want a simple overnight stay before heading back to the airport. The location is set back from the main road, so if you want to go elsewhere you’ll need a Grab or Bolt taxi, but for a short stay this wasn’t an issue. Overall, a good, clean and convenient option for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

We were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly memorable five-star experience.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful with a great pool and good fitness facilities. It is about 20 minutes to the airport by taxi. Plenty of shops within 5 minutes walk. A few things we didn’t like…the shower, the water was too cold for our liking, even when turning the water heater up to maximum. It is very noisy in the corridors…you can hear every door (beeping, opening and closing at all hours), voice and footstep from people coming and going. Even though it’s a lovely place, for this reason we would not consider staying at this hotel again unfortunately. It’s really a shame.

The only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.
