All amenities were present: bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee, and a free minibar. The air conditioning and plumbing all worked without any issues. You can visit the hotel's spa center, pool, restaurant, or the lobby bar in the evening which features live music. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it due to a very early flight. There's also a free transfer from the hotel to the airport; you just need to inform them of your departure time in advance. For those who want to explore Bangkok, it's better to choose a hotel in the city center, as this hotel is quite far from all the attractions and there's nothing around it for tourists. We really liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we have an early flight."
